Excellent customer service and great product. The new Indalex pro series 2.1m aluminium double sided ladder is very sturdy and definitely looks like I’ll get many years of reliable service from it. Very happy to recommend.
Everything was good about my purchase with Access World, including price and Customer service, apart from 2 minor issues. The product was indicated as in stock on the website but turned out to be backordered. And customer pickup was a bit confusing as the warehouse was geared to bulk freight. But everybody was friendly and helpful so overall experience was good.

Solid Product at a resonable price – I purchased a 5.5 metre / 18ft Single Straight Ladder. I am very happy with my purchase Because it is a rigid ladder it is much safer for me to climb to clean the gutters , get up a tree to trim branches etc. It is light enough to carry around fairly easy but strong enough to handle my 90kg while climbing I would add a photo of the whole… Read more · 1

Great service – A great product and price and with extremely fast delivery!
Perfect – Great ladder, very slim in profile under 50mm so storing away is ideal. Great height and steps are nice and sturdy. Would definitely recommend especially for a caravan or campers as folds away nice and flat.
Best product in this class avaialble – Slightly pricey but worth every cent. The extra height makes a huge difference and it is built well.
