I made an appointment to have my LED's replaced. They only work weekdays so I re-arranged my working week for the installation. I was given a time frame for the installation; they time frame was near conclusion I rang to follow up and was ensured they would still be coming. They never came and nor did I receive a follow up phone call or apology. If the situation was reversed and I mucked them about; they would send me a bill.

The installing electrician was five star arrived early undertook all work in a very efficient manner. I hope he keeps up this level of service as it will give the company a much enhanced reputation. The completed work was very professionally performed & I would recommend this process

Dont waste your time
Dont bother if you're contacting them for the government subsidy upgrade. I organised it over 4 months ago, had confirmation by email my area was serviced by them and itd be done in 3 weeks. Only their sales team answer calls, and they openly admit youll never be able to reach their service team when you try and follow up. Today, over 4 months later, I get a txt saying my area doesnt have electricians servicing it,but theyll let me know when it does lol. Save yourself a big waste of time and try elsewhere.

It Wasnt a SCAM
Very happy with the service , bit of confusion regarding organising a date for installation. The electricians that showed up were very professional and discussed everything with me. Cost was exactly as explained so there were no surprises. We had 60 lights changed and there effect was immediate with better lighting in the house.

Only complaint is that your confirmation of appointment emails only provided a date and did not confirm time as discussed in appointment conversation. Phone messages seeking confirmation of time were unanswered.

Changeover from Halogen to LED globes took less than 2 hours and with the NSW State Govt rebate, the cost is virtually free of charge ! Decision to proceed should be mandatory for all homeowners.
A Waste Of Time
After getting a mailbox flyer and registering for the"Energy Savings Scheme" on 3 October I was sent an email stating that they would contact me in two to three weeks. But no contact. After 4 weeks I left several voice messages on the phone number they gave in their email and still no response. I found another phone number for them on the internet and finally spoke to a person - who said their answering machine did not work due to "computer problems"! After 8 weeks I was eventually contacted by phone and told to expect an electrician on Monday ...9 December (noon to 5pm). After 5pm on the 9th they rang to say they were too busy and rescheduled to Tuesday 10 December (7 am to noon). After noon on the 10th they rang to say they were too busy and rescheduled to Wednesday 11 December (7 am to noon). The "electricians" finally arrived on the third day. They could not speak English clearly. I was previously given a price for the work over the phone (I have several dimmer switches), but when these two "electricians" arrived the total price was doubled. They said it was my fault for misinterpreting the price given in the phone call. They said if I was not happy they would just leave. Needless to say, I told them to leave straight away. Now that I have read the other reviews I know I made the right decision. I have worked with many electricians but these two were the worst I have dealt with. Anyone using this firm does so at their own risk. I would not like to have to call them back for any warranty work and given their attitude to customer service would be very wary of their workmanship. If this is the quality of service promoted and sponsored by the NSW Government then perhaps ICAC needs to investigate. Who knows - it could be just another "pink batts" fiasco in the making. I have now learnt my lesson and will always get my own properly qualified electrician. Electricity is too important (and dangerous) to leave to cowboys.
