Scammers - dodgy products and dodgy company. Please avoid – Bought two bathroom vanity unit and ceramic top packages ($945 each) from Acqua Bathrooms. Website and packaging all clearly indicated that ceramic tops were 900mm, to fit 890mm cabinet. Once installed (by builder) was clear that the top did not fit evenly. Measured and was 920mm, not even close to what was indicated on the packaging. Emailed… Read more

the company to request a refund and was refused, argued that despite the false advertising and misleading packaging that this was 'intentional' to ensure 'overhang'. You can see the photos and make your own mind up.

Ruined the look of my bathroom and will cost me a fortune to fix.

So if you want to get fleeced, go with Aqua bathrooms, otherwise avoid.

on me for blisters that formed on the edge of the baths while it was in storage before installation several months later. I sent them pictures of the defects.

"I find it surprising that your supplier has drawn conclusions from the photographs. What they describe as “scratch marks and stains” are in fact superficial dirt, which should not be used as evidence against my claim. The real issue lies in the visible blisters, which clearly indicate a defect and poor product quality. Considering I paid over $3,000, I reasonably expected a much higher standard.

The baths were stored in a shed for ten months before installation. While it’s possible there was moisture present prior to delivery, this is not something I could reasonably determine—nor could you. However, if a bath cannot withstand exposure to moisture, it raises serious questions about its suitability for purpose.

Ultimately, I do not distinguish between you and your supplier. My contract and payment were made to your company, and it is with your company that my complaint lies. I paid a significant amount for what has proven to be an inferior product, and I am seeking a fair resolution.

I hope we can resolve this matter directly and amicably. However, if the issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to share my experience in reviews and forums so that other customers are aware. I would also consider pursuing other available avenues of recourse. This has become a matter of principle."

I have had no response since.

 Follow-up  · They blatantly refused to offer any solution and put all the blame on me. The bath is made of fibreglass. The warranty, I presume, was for one year.

impressed with the quality of the wood, the soft close hinges and stone. I have now bought a 600mm Rhonda for the second bathroom and can not wait for it to arrive. I was unsure about colour for this 600 unit so called the showroom today, they emailed me photos of the variety of timber colours - yes they are on website, but I found the photos easier and a decision was made. I have also purchased a fluted glass curved shower screen which are not easy to find. Overall fantastic service and excellent quality.

Amazing – I brought Aug 2024 a 1500 Coco freestanding bath and 1500 wall hung Noah Vanity. purchase doesn't arrive by advertised arrival date. Just another backyard, no stock, half baked cr#p online business. My item didn't arrive by the latest advertised date and that's my fault for buying things through Acqua, apparently. Their words 'if you buy something online then YOU are taking the risk that it won't get there by advertised date' what bollocks and what a way to talk AT customers... Acqua, here's a tip - when you are talking at a customer, try to remember that they have the $ and they want to spend it on products and not spend it on listening to your pig- mouthed comments! Your comments are a Telecom of your character, not the customer's. Be professional, give it a go, you might like it! Acqua simply throws the standard cr#p that gets flung at you from these half baked online disorganisations. Acqua's cr#p pre-planned speel about late dates of arrival are only an attempt to camouflage the fact that they lie about when products arrive (online) so you'll spend your money - the usually slimy tactics from half-baked train wreck pretend businesses. The equation is basic - Acqua quotes arrival dates on webpage, dates are bogus but you'll only find that out from Acqua when you call to ask where the hell your purchase is. Acqua, you really really really really need some staff who because the things you have there now are not staff, they will only contribute to attract more and more negative reviews (unless the reviews are listed on Acqua's website, if course). If you've read this and still wish to try your luck with this half baked mob, then here's some advice - CALL them first to get the REAL story, don't rely on the fake dates online, and brace yourself for an extremely unprofessional and abusive phone call when/if you do. Ask for a definate date and tell them what will happen if that is beached, so they are aware that you won't accept tmrw usual cr#p. There's a reason this mob hold a 2.8 star rating from TrustPilot - that's an under average though accurate reflection. To the little rude thing that exposed it's character at me over the phone - you are destined to fail and I'm sure time will sort that out soon. Grow up little one, you're still wet behind the ears and full of yourself - the world will change that child. COB 6 Feb 26 I will hit send on the complaint to Office Of Fair Trade if my item has not despatched, or, I have not received notification that a full refund has been effected. Tick tick tick tock. Update!!! You wouldn't read about it - after calling this mob today, all of a sudden my order has arrived in the warehouse, so they say. MAGIC, fancy that. From one phone call the 'truth' shifted from my product arriving at warehouse in 2 or 3 days to, actually it's here now - how ever could that happen. Who would have thought. What a joke. Worst customer service ever. I went to the store and ask for a quote and wasted my time to pick the tapware and a few others items and the quote never arrived. Follow up many times by phone calls with no further update and hard to get someone on the phone and finally someone pick the call no resolution given (always we will follow up with the selected representative but never got the follow up back) Do not waste your time to go to this place

you cannot leave customers waiting for updates. We were forced to buy elsewhere, which delayed our project and cost us time and money.

If you are experiencing delays, please communicate that to your customers. An automated email or voicemail would have made a huge difference.

I do appreciate how easy it was to cancel once I finally got through, but overall the service was unacceptable. You need to do better.

Just got my new matte bath and honestly couldn’t be happier. It looks super clean and modern . its exactly what I was after Delivery was really quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. was picked up on a previous order by someone!!! This is not true and I have resultantly called multiple times to request an answer. I eventually spoke to the manager who assured me he would look into it but never returned the call afterwards. My patience is wearing thin as this is fundamental non compliance in Australian Consumer Law!!!! Update: 16/9 They have agreed to supply me the bath. Will be available in 2-3 days but it was still extremely annoying having to chase this down. Nonetheless happy to move forward.

4 messages that have all gone unanswered. No response to email. Tried the freight company (Allied Express) on the phone, they couldn't tell us when it would be delivered. Tried a query through their website, and we can't lodge a query, goes straight to a popup "your parcel will be delivered in 3 days", but their website says it was scheduled to be delivered 3 days ago. Dodgy as. Avoid, unless you like getting ripped off.

really needed it and it would be great if we could collect. They were very unaccomdating and said no we cant collect. By the way its a 2 hr round trip for us. Now we are stuck having to take leave from work to drive out there and collect. Reading other reviews Im worried about the quality of the products and hope its as advertised. I've used other bathroom places who are so accommodating and will go out of there way for customers but not this place. I should of stuck with them because cheap items might end up costing you more in time, money and effort.

time I went in there as I did shop around, they remembered me and kept my quote on the system. I made some mistakes along the way as I had ordered the wrong taps and they simply refunded them and sent the correct ones out. I could not have been happier with my choice of bathroom and kitchen supplies and great value for money and good quality equipment. You made renovating so much easier.

very helpful staff – Had a shower screen with odd sizing that I could not find a replacement for, but Jacob was very helpful in getting a custom panel made locally for a very reasonable pricing. The installation was done very efficiently as well, very happy with the service and product.

Worst experience ever – Lucky Singh was very helpful with great product knowledge. My bill was close to $2000 dollars. The lady manager had a really bad day today I guess. She was very impolite and said you don't want to talk to me because I am a lady no idea where that came from. A lot needs to be done to improve the customer service.
