I've ordered from the Bidet Shop many times, however their website has stopped offering PayPal as a payment option. A call to customer service confirmed the website is "flaky" when it comes to making payments and they offered to take my credit card details over the phone. No thanks! I'm a little disappointed given how long I've been a customer but I take credit card security seriously. I'd rather pay double with Cass Brothers. Show details

We bought our Coway Bidet N19357 from the Bidet Shop in Australia Fair around 13 years ago via our builder doing our renovations. It was working perfectly for about 4 to 5 years however after that time it stopped working. I phoned the Bidet shop then asking if they could service it for me at home in Brisbane. them when I could over the years, I have been looking after my recently passed 94 year old Mother for 10 years so my time to keep calling was limited. Their after-sales service does not exist. Please can anyone help me by directing me to someone who could find out what the problem is and fix it. I'm sure it isn't a major job.

I wish I’d got one sooner – Excellent service from The Bidet Shop. Rick, Jack and particularly Narvin were fantastic - helpful, answered all my questions and made the purchase process easy. I got the Coway BA13B bidet and I’m very happy with it. A plumber replaced my toilet seat with the bidet seat. It is easy to use and the features are worth every cent. I will buy again. Show reply

employed had not installed one before. We have been using the bidet for several weeks now and my mother has been slowly getting used to it. The removable remote control is another great plus to this bidet.

DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT. WONDERFUL STAFF – I had a bidet for 12 years and it was never noisy or had an issue. The newer models are totally different. Noise is acceptable. The display models are the old noiseless models different to the newer models. I EMPHASISE THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL. Coway Seat cracked – The seat has cracked on the bottom where the rubber stopper is. new seat half price saying that is the price they sell them to to customers who purchase from them.

It clearly is a manufacturing fault as there is nothing behind the rubber stopper giving it strength hence a new seat is not going to fix the problem - will just add another seat that will crack! We should not have to pay for a new seat (that has reinforcement where needed) at all.

The service, help & patience of the staff at this shop can not be faulted. One particular staff member I must mention & that is Narvin..he went above & beyond anyone I have ever dealt with so thank you again Narvin!! If you need any products & help, this is the shop to go to!

 Follow-up  · I purchased a replacement Bidet seat and if you have ever tried one, you will know why I love it! A handyman friend removed the old one & reinstalled the newie with ease & not the seat works really well!

on ‘Product Review’ at which point I received a call and some actual assistance.

Why did it take a poor review for them to take some action?

What should’ve been an easy task ended up being incredibly difficult. In saying that, my matter got resolved and I decided to remove the poor review - since i’m a nice guy and all!

Anyway, on the 11/09/2025, I sent a new unrelated email to sales@thebidetshop.com.au enquiring about a further issue I had with my bidet.

I’m well aware that my bidet was out of warranty but i wasn’t looking to lodge a claim - I was simply seeking advice on how to diagnose an issue, and was prepared to pay what I had to in order to rectify it - even if that meant buying a completely new bidet. I made that clear in my email.

At the time of writing this review, I have not received a reply or any acknowledgement from them - just like before. Bet you my email went straight to the trash.

I will not be chasing it up this time around, instead will be taking my business elsewhere.

You think for a company claiming to be the largest bidet store in Australia, that they would have standards in place when it comes to customer service and online support. Disappointing.

Service wait for repairs 23 days – OUr Bidet decided no to flush last week, 4th July. since then I have dealt with Navin, who has been most helpful but the first available technician we can get is July 27th between 12 -1pm. not stand up, we think they do not have actual technicians and have to source them from somewhere else, hence the wait time. Not happy Jan... will not be buying another from this store and will definitely not recommend this company of product.

Don't go anywhere else for a Bidet! – I have dealt with The Bidet Shop on a few occasions and it has always been a great experience. Great service in organising repair – The Bidet Shop has twice looked after us. First they suppled an alternative mounting to suit our new toilet pans. Then when we had a problem with one of the units, they repaired it straight away. No questions, no stuffing around. Great, quick service.
