Useless Warranty on a Fraudulent Product – When my ACS Engineered Stone bath was found to have multiple cracking just prior to installation I called the ACS Sales to see if they had another. cost to me of $960 being for the return and replacement delivery. The Bath had to be returned, it was said, so that they could check to see if I had done anything that had caused the multiple cracks and also it was said, so I couldn't do anything with it. It sounds ridiculous I know, but that was straight from the ACS Director.

By the time the replacement was available the bathroom was finished, with the building contractor already installing another bath that was locally available. I had also discovered, in the painful back and forwards warranty process ACS had put me through, that the engineered stone bath was significantly different than the manufacturers specification sheet, with it being only 75KG of the specified 120KG.

I asked to be refunded and told ACS to pick up the bath if they wanted it back.

ACS management refused to refund and refuted the bath was not a different weight to specified (even tried to say the spec sheet just had a typo). And indicated that I had probably just incorrectly weighed the bath. ACS was invited to inspect the bath, which they declined.

I had little option but to take the bath to a public weighbridge. After providing the tare weight from the weighbridge to ACS there has been no response to my emails. Evidence suggest that the Engineered Stone Bath is a fake.

ACS Designer Bathrooms will do whatever it takes to keep your money when things are wrong with your product. Avoid them and find a reputable supplier.

Fake Warranty – Beware the fake warranties from ACS Bathrooms. Our kitchen sink mixer broke and failed completely after 4 and a half years of normal use into a 17 year warranty. They would not honour it, saying it was normal wear and tear. A sink mixer broken in 2 pieces is NOT normal wear and tear.

Fantastic service, easy to deal with when requiring modification of adjustments, and great follow up with all my jobs – I have been dealing with ACS for years as a builder, and have loved the customer service, follow ups, easy of dealing with them, and their ability to help with any issues and getting items sourced quickly.

Specialist in designer freestanding baths – The freestanding designer bath are gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for in my bathroom. It's made of premium quality product. The customer service was outstanding. Great value for money. Highly recommended business.

Abysmal customer service, bordering on fraudulent - zero stars - stay well clear!! – A company should be judged not when things are going well, but when there is a problem which needs to be resolved - on this front ACS bathrooms fail dismally. Watermark Certification or Australian Standard logos that this is in fact the case with the goods they sell - make sure you verify yourself independently. As soon as ACS have taken your money they don't want to know you and the old saying 'caveat emptor - buyer beware' is their modus operandi.

Unfortunately I have to provide one star to actually lodge this review, otherwise it would be a big fat zero. ACS Bathrooms, you and your unhelpful, rude management have FAILED.

Beware & document everything! – These people will go to any lengths to keep your money - they'll deny pre-existing damage or missing components, and even refute differences between product on their website and product delivered to you. Appalling customer service, and tardy resolution only after action commenced.

Do not use appalling customer service – Large order. Deposit paid months prior to delivery. No change of mind. If you do you receive a legal email! Several items very late. Check pricing VERY carefully. Once you add on delivery fee and read the fine print about returns you will most likely not use this company. I have never been treated like this by a supplier before.

Goodbye to the boring old bathroom – We finally grew tired of our mundane looking bathroom so we had it remodeled. We followed the design of my sister’s bathroom and she was nice enough to recommend ACS. It was where they purchased nearly everything from the tub to the toilet. 4. ACS investigated and although this was deemed caused by the installer by the manufacturer, ACS organised and paid for the repair.

formal complaint via Fair Trading, and if necessary we will take this to Tribunal. They may browbeat other customers who give up for a quiet life, but I'm not one of them.

Great Products, Pathetic Service – Be very careful selecting your products!!! The after sales service is non existent and they have no interest in assisting you locally with change over if your product is wrong. Imagine how much better this company could perform without the arrogance and poor service.
