You need to call customer service it would be helpful if you had the activation receipt as that will show the card value, date of activation and card number (not pin) don't bother with the website it's useless, sorry I can't be more helpful Tez

Can you cash out or no ?
I had a choice of a new physical card, which I went with, or a digital version for my phone wallet. The card took a couple of weeks to get and they said the digital version would be about 72 hours or similar. But not cash.
