I called to sign up for internet, and I have to say the Customer experience was extremely professional and friendly. It was a seamless interaction which didn’t take a long time to do, and the sales representative has been providing me with updates on my application whenever she can. I live in mickleham Vic 3064 The worst company in Australia. I have no internet for two weeks – One of the worst services in Australia. The customer service is very bad. It just wastes people's time. I do not have internet at home. It has been two weeks now and I do not know when the internet will be repaired. I do not recommend subscribing to this company. By far the worst experience EVER ! – Do not put yourself through the torture of dealing with these guys!! You will 100% spend endless hours / days / weeks listening to their hold music with the option of a call back by pressing 1 , this has never ever happened in the almost 2 years I’ve been a customer. have an issue, no way of fixing it without speaking with them. That’s a task that is generally impossible. 5 hours on hold is the best yet then their operating hours end for the day and I’m left wil the next message “hi you’ve called outside our business hours please call back during our operating hours or visit us online ……. Cannot say it loud enough , DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM! Takes 2 weeks on average of daily calls to get an answer and that’s when you select new customer so they actually answer thinking they’ve fooled another victim and made a new sale! If I could leave negative 1000 starts it still wouldn’t be enough

The ACCC fined this company 250k for fraudulent advertising – This company was fired 250k by the ACCC for misleading advertising. Possibly the least reliable and trustworthy ISP in the country. issue which was resolved. But for some reason internet doesn't work. They have promised to call back next day and have not called. Then they're sending another message that problem was resolved, but it is still doesn't work. For the last week the number of complaints on https://internetoutages.com.au/ skyrocketed. But they sent another sms message the issue was resolved. My son have tried even connect directly pc to nbn box and both Ubuntu & windows could not connect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Great internet, horrible customer service – My issue for this score is purely based that in the past 2 years that I have been with them it has been so hard to speak to customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone, if there is a fault it can take up to 3 hours for anyone to answer or call you back, sales answer within 1 minutes , customer service takes up to 3 hours and sometimes they just end the call after waiting up to 2 hours to speak to someone , horrible  Show details

Boom to doom - stay away – Absolutely appalled at how they handle payments. If the first attempt to charge your credit fails on the invoice due date, you're slapped with a $15 late fee. No flexibility to pay when it suits you. Couldn't cancel my service quick enough. Show details
