Extremely unco-operative and unhealpful
We were wanting to put solar on our new house 1 week before settlement as prices were gong up 1st january.All outside work and we got insurance to cover job,.Also had arranged with sellers FOR US to put a gate up earlier so on settlement/moving in our dog would be safe.Owners were good about this.Then Acton got wind of it and banned us from any contact with sellers and refusing access to do these 2x outside jobs.Sour grapes because we used our R/E Professionals to act on our behalf so then has caused us stress and have to cancel these jobs that had no impact on sellers.Would never recommend them

Acton Rockingham exceptional service
We sold our investment property through David Parlor at Rockingham. Although it took almost a year to sell due to the downturn in the property market, David did not cease in trying to get a good outcome for us, coming up with new ideas to try. He promptly and diligently followed up all leads and any of our enquiries. It sold mid pandemic crisis, and David went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through despite some tricky complications caused by the pandemic. He organised and attended trade repairs so we didn't have to attend. He eve...n offered interim accomodation from his own private time share allocation for the tenants who were moving out as they couldn't find another rental in time. We can't recommend him highly enough and will refer friends and family in the area to him.

We were all incredibly pleased with the real estate agent Vincent Marruffo from Acton South West. His sales knowledge of Dunsborough was full bottle and the process to purchase our new property was excellent. It was purchased just as COVID-19 restrictions came into place which had us isolated in Fremantle and not able to visit the property after our initial visit and final inspection. This was all due to regional travel bans in place. Vincent went out of his way to produce videos of the property and measure areas so that we could purchase items...for the house. Upon settlement we had a removalist and contractors already booked for our arrival. As we couldn't travel to Dunsborough Vincent opened up the house for the removalists and picked up the keys for the new gate install. He went above and beyond, and we thank him for helping us out. I will be recommending Acton South West to friends in the future who are looking to buy property.
Excellent service and professionalism
I have been renting through Acton South West for over 2 years and have found them great in every sense. They are very professional and always tend to my inquiries and repairs required promptly and positively.
Bad experience as a buyer
Once I had signed the contract to buy the house, I was poorly treated. I had a number of questions about the house that I was unable to get answered before signing the contract, and also wished to return to the property for a short visit to measure up for furniture, curtains, blinds and so on. The agent did not help at all, so I tried contacting the seller directly, and at first he seemed very willing to help, but immediately after the call with the seller I received a call from the agent who told me that I was not to have any dealings with him...until after settlement. No reason, apart from 'we don't do things this way' was given. She made no effort to assist with my needs. She wasn't rude or insulting exactly, but very close. I felt extremely frustrated and mistreated. I would not recommend any dealing with the Fremantle office of this agent.
Acton Nedlands - Terrible Business
I have been forced to deal with this company through a commercial property I have been leasing for many years now.
Their customer service is appalling, they make decisions without considering long term tenants, they ignore emails, they don't respond to maintenance issues even if they are a safety concern and they only engage in dialogue when it is important to them.
They don't know the value of a commercial relationship, their approach to tenants is abrupt and dealing with them is exhausting.
Taking issues to senior management does not work either and they clearly don't hold their team accountable for poor customer service.
If I had the choice I would certainly not use this company for any of their services.
I applied for one of the rental properties they manage in Cloverdale, WA.
They have not updated me with the status of my application for several days. I tried to follow up with them several times through email. The property manager finally replied and said I'll get an update the next day.
Well, I did not hear from them at all the next day. I tried to call their office. The reception just told me she'll inform the property manager about my call and should get a call back that day. No one from Acton has replied for 3 days.

Our experience with this company was nothing short of terrible. No communication, no regards for costs or contracts. The company director was self absorbed and staff incompetent. Steer well clear!!!!!
Acton Canning Vale. Never ever again!
In my 28 years dealing with various real estate agents, Acton in canning vale (southern river) have been by far the worst experience I have had to digest. The constant dribble spilled by the untrustworthy Director/ licensee is shocking and that topped with the rude incompetent and totally unprofessional attitude held by one of the senior property managers is appalling.
In my opinion most definitely the worst real estate agent in the area, one to avoid as there are much better choices, managed by much more professional and honest people.
Tenant of Acton Canningvale
I was a tenant of the Canningvale branch for 2 years. My experience was not positive. Dealing with them was painful. The senior property manager was the rudest out of all the property managers there. When i put in legitimate maintenance issues they would not action them for months. Instead they kept blaming the owner which i later found out the owner didnt know about. I should have known how lousy they were after they asked me to take photos of the property to send to them ..... for the property condition report! They asked this multiple times ...and conducted no actual physical inspections. I wonder how much they charged the owner for these "inspections"? The whole thing was a bit farcical. In the end they left me angry, but also glad to be leaving their management. I also feel terribly for the owners of the property and any other property owners who use acton, specifically canningvale, to manage their property. Avoid!
Canning Vale - one word summary: terrible.
There are honestly so many issues I barely know where to start.
They take your money, but do not honour the contract that you sign - especially regarding inspections, maintenance, following up with tenants, returning your calls, basic customer service skills, acting with honesty and integrity...or anything to do with managing your property in a professional manner.

Absolutely shocking, rude, expensive and unprofessional
This company are all of the above. I've put a complaint into the Dept of Mines and Industry (WA) about their shocking behaviour. Even my accountant cannot be live how much they charge and for poor service. If you live interstate you will find your property in a shocking condition costing you a lot of money for repairs not brought to your attention yet they are happy to take $$$$ for 3 monthly inspections.
The staff are rude and the licensee has total contempt that he feels you should be privileged that he even returns your call.

I have a bitter real life experience with ACTON Subiaco Sales Team between June-October 2018. By the end of 4 months only I have terminated all business relationship with the ACTON Subiaco office and any future business plan Selling or Renting.
ACTON Subiaco Sales team represents the ugly face of Unprofessional, Dishonest and Untrusted Real Estate Agent with Zero integrity who sells lies and inflated prices to the poor customers. They do not even honour their own hand written lies in their own formal document.

Acton canningvale have been my real estate for almost 2 years and ive got not 1 complaint. Anything I need help with I always get a phone call or a emailed answered within the hour. Hope to stay with them.
Acton mandurah just want your $$$
After 2 years of renting through acton I realised they just want to take you for all you got i will never do it again they treat you like crap had pain peeling off the walls from water going through the shower which was resealed but the walls on the other side and carpet went mouldy couldn't use that room and asked if we could break lease to leave if this wasn't fixed but the property manager [name removed] openly said "that's not going to happen because we wont be able to rent it for this price in the current market" now shes trying to get our...bond through "compensation" to the owner for door and door frames that were incorrectly installed and swelling up in winter scraping on the door frames as they are opened and closed as well as cracks in the walls which we complained about and even had the owner come out and look at it n tell us if it gets worse let me know chips in tiles which were already there and numerous other things that was winged about even after a reputable professional cleaning company did the work and also compensation for not putting the bins out after I moved out I moved on a Wednesday bin days Monday so go figure I guess it was to hard for her to put it out when the final inspection was carried out very rude and unfriendly rented through 5 different companies in my life always got my bond back no issues and never got treated with utter disrespect like this property manager has done
