or rushing us. For those new to the process - initial launch calls are on Microsoft Teams, however most of the communication afterwards is done in a WhatsApp group with respective stakeholders. Their industry contacts and local network were a massive help in getting things done.

If you want team who genuinely look out for your best interests and know their stuff inside out, I can’t recommend Patrick and Sam enough.

As a real estate agent, I regularly work with buyers' agents and without a doubt, Dan stands out. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable, he is exceptional to deal with. If I were looking to engage a buyers' agent, Dan would definitely be my first choice.

Our buyers agent was great, very thorough and remained responsive throughout the process. When we expressed concerns, they were addressed with utmost care where possible. The property we settled on was well within our budget and the agent had also managed to negotiate for other benefits too.

Aussie buyers agents not recommended at all! The service they provide is not worth 7k, they don't offer you off the market properties, which is the main reason I engaged with them to begin with. upfront fee for the Investor Pro service. Agents [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] presented us with a handful of properties, but they were either already under offer or not even remotely aligned with the brief we provided. At no point did we receive a genuine, suitable option.

When we raised this, the situation only got worse. While [Name Removed] told us we’d get a full refund, the Lendi group disputes team has been incredibly unfair, insisting that the service was “delivered” despite the fact that no relevant property was ever sourced or presented to us. They then refused to refund our money, and tried to get us to sign a gag clause. We refused. It was completely unfair and they did not deliver a suitable service as required under consumer law. [Name Removed] in particular kept giving us properties using the wrong deposit amount trying to pass them off as matching our brief but when I ran the numbers it was clear he was fudging the details and trying to pass them off as viable properties when they weren’t.

We’ve now had to escalate the matter to AFCA, which has caused us months of wasted time, financial strain, and stress. What was supposed to be a supportive, professional service has instead turned into an exhausting dispute process.

Buyer’s agents are meant to simplify the property search and advocate for their clients. In our case, Aussie/Lendi failed to deliver even the basics — both at the service stage and at the dispute-resolution stage. Please do not go with them.

There is no buyer's agent in Goulburn where I was looking. Even so, Andy Willmott did a great job for me.

John was more than helpful. He made sure we were well informed. Due to his assistance buying our first home was as little stressful as possible. Would definitely recommend.
