which feels unfair. Communication is extremely poor—emails are often ignored, and overall, the service does not justify the fees we pay. It feels like our money is being wasted.

I made a honest mistake in the amount of strata fee I paid and incurred a late which I paid with the remaining balance of strata fee. When I advised ASCM that I paid the total amount, Simone Strickland kindly reversed the late fee which was not expected but I was very grateful for the gesture. Show reply

Shockingly bad “customer” services. ASCM Ignores complaints, exploits your ignorance, extorts legal fees at any opportunity, refuses to answer critical questions or help landlords work through problems or issues of concern. ASCM cost my daughter over $11k above levies. Read pleadings in CIV-25-000505 at the Magistrate’s court and then run away!

engage the contractors to do the work", which is part of the management agreement signed by the presiding officer. He engaged one contractor to do the major work, but work could not start until some preliminary work was completed by other contractors. We asked him about contractors, but Robert again claimed he was not a project manager and did not engage the contractors needed to get the preliminary work done. Three weeks out it looked like we would have to cancel the majors works and wait another year (trades are hard to get) to have the work done. We spoke to Caron Lynch at ASCM who provided names and helped us in every way she could to get the preliminary work done before the major contractor's start date. Thanks to Caron the contractor was able to start the major works on the scheduled day.

Without Caron's help, which we think was sometimes above the call of duty, we would not have got the job done. Since then, we have asked Caron for help a number of times and she has always been friendly, enthusiastic, very professional and more than willing to help. I would think twice about buying in Strata again if ASCM is in management – As a landlord living interstate, I find dealing with ASCM very transactional and robotic with a lack of empathy and human interaction. I would think twice about buying in Strata again especially if ASCM is managing the lot. It has been a frustrating and exhausting experience to communicate with them. They could work on their customer experience.

Community Manager – I am most impressed with your recent new appointment of Robert Nazarov your Community Manager. I have been involved with Wenworth Court now for some 15 years and Robert in my opinion rates as the best you have employed. Fantastic communication and proactively helpful – Robert and staff were extremely helpful with getting us pre approval for pet in a prospective property purchase. Even though we didn’t get the property their prompt and decisive response was extremely helpful and by far the best experience we have had with a strata company. Show reply

What is the remit of this kind of biz? – Ascm popped a $25k quote in my inbox with no background info at all and requested my sign off I was concerned about context I made calls in relation to the matter to this organisation with no response; similarly emails not replied to My view, on basis of non response to contacts, is that they are unprofessional I do not recommend

Niki is our Superstar! – Niki is our community manager & is regarded as an absolute superstar by all the owners. She has been with us for 3 years now, longer than any other manager we’ve had, which in itself is huge. A good strata manager is worth his/her weight in gold! – Our corporation has been with Adelaide Strata Management for several decades. They have had some brilliant managers during this time.
