Very good sales rep, never take “no” for answer. Continue to find the best deal suit for the client. I was not convinced the payback time is worth the upfront costs. league. We obtained multiple quotes for comparable Anker equipment and the others came back between $15,000 and $20,000 more expensive for the same system. I went in half expecting a price that good to show up somewhere in the quality of the work. It did not.
The installation crews were professional from start to finish. The job was done on time, the workmanship was neat and genuinely tradesmanlike, and they treated the property with respect throughout. ADS also removed our old inverter and battery system and took away every last bit of site rubbish, which is exactly the sort of thing plenty of dodgy installers quietly leave for the customer to sort out.
Particular credit has to go to Deepak Rana of ADS. He coordinated the entire process with extreme professionalism from the initial sale right through to installation, commissioning and the final rubbish removal, and stayed across it at every stage while managing our expectations with honesty. Having one person genuinely own the job from quote to completion made an enormous difference.
The system itself performs exactly as promised. We have since tested full home backup and the changeover was completely seamless, with no interruption whatsoever.
Exceptional equipment, an exceptional price, and a team that delivered on everything they said they would. I would recommend ADS without hesitation to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

ADS installed a 15kw battery. Can only use 12kw. Emailed to ensure it was wired to ensure it charged during a blackout. Did not occur & refused to come and correct. Wiring is hanging under the house and has been chewed by animals. When wired the… Read more
blackout back it was for 5 lights only 4 bedrooms and the bathroom.. nothing else. When questioned they advised that the ceramic fuses needed to be replaced, not advised before arrival. have been fighting to have the issues resolved and ADS refuse to rewire the Battery and inverter, even though most companies replace inverters over 5 years old. Existing inverter is a 2016. After installing the Battery n the hottest side of the house during summer, I was advise that I needed to put a cover over it and around it.. Not going to happen as I should have been advised prior to installation and not where I wanted it to be installed. The Pink Cable in photo's below is the damaged comms cable, as it was not secured to the beams properly.
Follow-up · Nothing has occurred, they have offered to correct the Blackout now the "earth leakage breakers" have been replaced. So that I have power points as well as lights, but still will not charge during a black out. There has been no maintenance advise, other than close the battery in which I should have been told before Installation. The animal damage has not been addressed and will not accept responsibility for any of it.
One of the most trustworthy companies I've dealt with I've used them twice for panels and once for a battery could not fault them. They were always prompt and on time their installers were very conscience and the prices were very competitive. Would definitely recommend them. Show details

but they have not followed through. We have made multiple attempts to get assistance and are still waiting for someone to properly address the issues.
It is incredibly frustrating to make such a large investment and then feel completely unsupported once the installation is finished. We should not have to spend our own time trying to figure out whether our battery and solar system are configured correctly.
The installation is only part of the service. After-sales support matters, especially when customers are experiencing problems with an expensive system.
Very unhappy with the lack of communication and follow-up. I would not recommend this company based on our experience with their after-sales service.
Be very, very cautious with this company, they have unscrupulous business practices. High pressure sales tactics to get your holding deposit but not refunding this deposit once written cancellation has been given. So much for a no questions asked refund policy. Still trying to get my deposit back and they are ghosting me. DON'T TRUST THEM I hope this helps someone to not get caught out like i did

included price. After installation and first blackout I realise backup protection was not installed. Contacted ADS solar and they claimed it was not included in my contract. Lucky I had it in writing. Forced me to contact fair trading which is still ongoing and after several months now it seems I have to take them to NCAT to get things sorted correctly. Its a shame becuase they did my solar previous and that is fine.
Highly recommend you look elsewhere!
