Dishonest and unlawful business practice from Advance Homes, one of your Commission based Agents – Do not trust Advance Homes it’s directors, [Name Removed] and [Name Removed]. They are not builders they are merely a commission based broker for builders. Advance Homes took our deposit of $21,682.58 on behalf of the builder, Infinity Homes and did not transfer the deposits to the builder. Infinity Homes null and voids the contract for reasons of not receiving the deposit. Advance Homes then refuses to refund the deposit back to the customer. This review is to protect other innocent customers that come into contact with Advance Homes and it’s directors. 4 More people have come forward who have lost their deposits to [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], by taking their new build home deposits and not transferring the money to the Builder. After 2 or more years no work had been started, This is tantamount to theft and receiving money through deceit.
