Excellent customer service! Staff were excellent. So easy. Everything went smoothly and my kitten arrived safely and happy. Highly recommend and would use again.

Dogmovers delivered our Corgi puppy from northern NSW to the Surfcoast in VIC. Their service was fantastic from making the booking, explaining the process, communicating throughout the transport and delivering him safe and well. The purpose built transport vehicle was very clean and nice and Fiona, the driver, even took her dog along for company so that at no stage would any puppies without company.

Anne was brilliant, above and beyond service at very short notice to get my cat Staffy up to Brisbane from Melbourne. Caring and understanding staff.Highly recommend. Show 2 replies

Would thoroughly recommend Dog Movers (Australian Pet Transport P/L). We had fairly short notice to move our Jack Russell from Yass sheep property to Sydney’s CBD & we can’t fault the service, fit-out of the van, humane care on the road & delivery (thanks Caitlin & Dave respectively). They were sensitive to our animal’s needs & very personable to deal with. Their experience & humanity won us over. Thank you! Lyndall xx

Excellent animal moving service – I have used Dogmovers a few times now and I'm bringing animals long distances. They are very reasonably priced, the operators are very good, the office staff are great. They meet you in places that are not too far if you have to travel a bit. Would not recommend – Was recommended this service by a breeder who has previously used this service without incident. Unfortunately, they have started to use straw instead of beds to transport the animals. Noticed when I received my puppy, her eye was infected. Went to the vet the next morning and a piece of straw was removed from her eye and it had left a scratch. … Read more

I’m so glad I went to the vet as she would have been in pain and discomfort. Had to pay the bill but glad she is no longer in pain. Have told the breeder to not recommend this company again!

My dog was delivered to me dead – Left our dog to overheat and die. Cruel and inhumane

Would never use anyone else – Fantastic service. They kept in contact the whole way from NSW to Melbourne. Phone calls to confirm pickup and I felt totally at ease. Delivery of 2 puppies – We received to puppies a month apart from Dog Movers and cant recommend them highly enough. Both puppies were well looked after and arrived happy and safe. There pricing is excellent and communication 2nd to none . Thankyou

Avoid this business, go with a competitor – Avoid this business! We had a very poor experience with them. They are taking advantage of the scarcity of interstate flights during the pandemic, and taking people to the cleaners with costs. with Pet Movers for reasons unknown. We then asked Pet Movers for a refund. They told me to refer to their website that had their T&Cs and that they were keeping a whopping $90 for costs to them. We were never referred to their website or told about the T&Cs when we booked. Their website and phone line says they are inundated with booking and can’t take on new clients - this shows that they would certainly have no issue filling our spot, since we gave them ample notice. We will be looking for a company with better values next time.

Absolutely amazing service A++++ – We recently used Dog Movers to get our new pup, we are in NSW and the pup was in QLD. We contacted Dog Movers and they were fantastic, they would always reply super fast, they were very affordable and our beautiful boy arrived so happy and well looked after.
