Great service. This is the second time that we have had them install a door and glass. Both times have been brilliant.

Highly Avoid - Products not provided/incomplete/poor installation – Been waiting over 12months for our screen doors that have been paid for in full through our builder (BGC). After several visits for front screen doors that were the incorrect size they were finally installed (sort of - doors are not completely secure) Have installed the frames for our entertainment room but now state that they do not have our job in their system and to contact the builder. Highly advise against using this company.

If you dont mind poor weather insulation, choose Affinity Windows – Built a brand new home through Homegroup, with Affinity Windows used as the supplier to install windows and sliding doors around the home. The Alfresco Stacker Door had one of the weather strips hanging and eventually came out only a week after handover. It then was scraping against the frame every time I went to open or close it. noises when engaging the stacked door. When the technician came out a first time, they didnt replace the weather seal, and decided to use a piece of timber to bang the frame wider. Its now bent. They spray painted that part black to cover the chips to the frame paint caused by the hammering. Yet, the issue still persists and they are returning again to review.
The windows in my office (which is carpeted) are overflowing with water in the sliding window track. Caused damage to my walls and carpet. A quarter of a bucket worth of water had to be drained in one evening and under constant review until they can send a technician.
Anither sliding door I have installed had a broken weather seal on the bottom, still waiting on replacement.
The front door has a weather seal that constantly slides up and down and requires manual adjustment. Furthermore, there is an external horizontal frame piece which keeps falling down and requires re-installation weekly.
Ultimately, very VERY poor build quality. Disappointed in both Affinity Windows and Homegroup for allowing these products to be installed into Australian homes.

Dog door – Perfect for our needs, fitted in a fixed panel of glass. Gino was professional and prompt, highly recommend this company
Unmatched service – I got 3 quotes for security doors, one was ridiculous, the second was reasonable but they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I went in to look at the product and ask for a quote, then Affinity were the exact opposite. and bang on time. This was a couple of days before Christmas so over the holiday when my wife found that one of the doors could be locked with the snib button but not with the key I had to leave it until the next week to give them a call. I really didn't expect anything to be done for at least a week, due to the timing, and wouldn't have been surprised if it took a fortnight, but I called anyway. I got voice mail and left a message for Ali, the company representatitve that I had been dealing with. Within ten minutes I had a tradesman on the phone who told me he would be here within the hour. I then received another text from Ali saying she was on hoilidays but had passed the message on. Within 30 minutes he was here and another thirty minutes later he was gaone and the job done Don't forget this was two days after Christmas! To cap this great service off, on returning from holidays, Ali contacted me two weeks later to make sure the problem had been solved. I highly recommend that you at least give Affinity a go if you need security doors. Thanks again to all concerned Rod

Window / doors good but doric locks failed – doric lock has failed 4 times in 7 months doors / windows are fine just terrible cheap locks
Fabulous customer service – After 18 years of duty, the lock on our sliding door broke. One phone call to Affinity Windows identified the correct part and confirmed it was in stock. Great customer service in showroom – Visited the Affinity Window showroom to discuss security upgrade options for a new build. Staff member was super informative regarding all options we had for not just security, but shower screens, mirrors, robe doors. Left with a good understanding of each option we have picked.
