New gate falling off - danger falling on people, yet no urgency to help fix (within warranty period) – Our electric gate was finally installed after a few hiccups around 60 days ago. Appears to have not been installed correctly as today it’s blowing off it’s brackets, just from wind. It’s a heavy electric gate and would cause near fatal injury to anyone, let alone my 10 month old daughter, should it fall, which looks very likely (video supplied). … Read more

We called expecting them to send someone out urgently given the circumstances and risk. They’ve told us the earliest they can send someone out is next Monday, 6 days away. We were initially told the following Friday, but they managed to ‘squeeze’ in this urgent job after we complained. The gate will no doubt fall within the next 48 hours, let alone 6 days. This company will be liable for any damage to vehicles and injury to passers by, or our family.

For a job that obviously wasn’t completed accurately in the first place, this turnaround and the lack of urgency is disgraceful.

Replacing garage door fittings – My 20-year-old garage tilt door cant close properly. doors provided another option-- replacing the door fittings only as the door board looks quite good. They provided to check motor onsite to see if need to replace it. This option is more affordable and environment-friendly. This morning they brought the fittings to my property. After checking the garage door, they discussed with me the options in details. We decided to change fittings only. With 2 hours work, the tile door is working well like brand new. They also serviced the current motor and gave me a remote. They cleaned the site after finishing the work. I could not be more happy on their service. They fixed the problem with fee less than 1/3 of replacing door. They are experienced and professional. They use their knowledge to help the customers. I will recommend AGG doors to my friends.

details, she was lovely. remotes were received in NSW in just a few days. Other companies said i'd have to wait a week. Coding instructions were received with the remotes but my son had lost them I remembered Kira saying on my first call that there were instructions on the AGG website with videos. I went on and Karen popped up in my chat i asked her for the instructions but she said she needed the details of my gate opener? i gave her a photo of my remote but it wasnt enough she asked for a photo of the opener it was raining and I didnt want to go outside. all I wanted was instructions Karen was much help. Excellent service.Had broken door springs on heavy and large garage door preventing even manual operation. AGG looked at photos to assess type of springs required and gave firm quote.Malcolm arrived promptly at agreed time, repaired door and everything working perfectly. Carefully explained the work done.Very impressed and would recommend them as definitely the door company to use.

AGG doors do not install Merlin sliding doors motors but they do sell it. Only install AT Motors – Called up today asking for Merlin products Slide 600. They do not install Merlin sliding doors motors but they do sell it. Very strange??

DO NOT recommend, unreliable and terrible communication – I called this company to replace the motor on our sliding gate. The first set of technicians came out to do the job and informed us that we would need to add a new mount and a steel bar to the existing gate etc to house a larger unit. did not have the necessary materials as noone had ordered the materials. These new technicians arrived not even knowing what the job was and what was required to complete it. They then looked at the job and said they doubted it could be done! There is no communication between the technicians, sales and office staff. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and after a month of numerous emails, phone calls etc I am still left with a gate that doesn't work and am back at square one.

Light Cover for Merlin 230T garage opener – I have just received a Merlin 230T light cover. Prompt delivery. The item itself appears to be used as it is both dirty and has burn marks from a bulb. Very disappointed.

Motor for garage door – I had a motor installed to my original garage door. The company were so great with communication & I think it was Callem who installed it & he was so lovely. So great to deal with a great company & a lovely young man.

Excellent Customer Service - Highly Recommend – Called up Thursday and explained issue with my sectional door. Tech, Nathan had it all sorted and serviced by 8am Friday morning. Great service, very happy with outcome – We had a 10yr old motor unit that was very slow and kept stopping part way. I called AGG Doors and we had Nick F come out to check the issue. I thought we might need a full garage door replacement with the motor. Nick showed me the issues, serviced the door and we had the old motor replaced. large door of 5M+. Really great guys who came out on both occasions to do the installs. Made the work look easy and I can tell you after i've done 2 DIY with the same units in the past, it's dangerous, heavy and can lead to some pretty nasty damage to doors, walls, windows and roof struts if you don't do it right.

I would use these people again no questions asked. I had the installers Nick and Frank on those occasions.

Job Done – From initial phone call to door being repaired, in around 24 hrs. Very good service all round. Total cost was a bit steep and could deter business on a more regular basis. E.g. maintenance work.
