mail to you straight away and you have to deal with the prospective buyers yourself. You show them through the house, you do open homes yourself. Any time you have access to change wordings or photos on real estate.com.au The last house was sold in 3 days......
Dont believe the negative comments on the page here. Requesting rates??? its all clearly on the website. Cant get easier. They dont send paperwork out.

Reasonably priced and easy to use – Agent-in-a-box is reasonably priced and their website is simple enough to navigate, write, edit and upload pictures for your Ad. Both Reiwa and Domain take care of the rest, as your Ad is shown to thousands online. We got a couple of bites on the first showing of the property which led to a sale. So extremely pleased! I sold my own home - no stress – I obtained multiple prices from local real estates and was quoted less than I wanted. So with the help of Agents in a Box, I sold my home for the price I wanted. I wrote the ad, uploaded several pictures and had open home. Far less stress than having a real estate agent putting pressure on me. Don’t be confused - new owners and poor service – I previously wrote a great review about this company. Unfortunately, [Name Removed] the previous owner has sold and moved on. [Name Removed] was based in Southeast Queensland. It is now run from Western Australia and no longer offers the same level of service and satisfaction. If you want to sell your own home please try one of the other companies and avoid this one.

Is anyone there – This group has advertised a property in Narrandera for months, I have called numerous times no-one has ever answered the phone I leave my contact details no-one has ever contacted back. I understand that this is an owner selling platform but this is a very poor operation by those managing it. If a property has been sold reflect that on the advertisement. Or if it is an unresponsive seller remove their advert.

Great Experience – I’ve listed 4 properties for lease through the mobile app, very easy to use once you’ve organised your pictures into JPEG format. I self manage six rental properties and will continue to use Agent in a box, Haven’t advertised any for sale through them, however I will have no hesitation in doing so when I eventually decide to change my portfolio structure. Apartment Sold – I had an apartment in a block of 42 to sell and wasn't in a hurry to sell so my listing was up for years.
