process, AGL disconnected my mobile service, leaving me completely without access to calls or mobile connectivity. I currently cannot make or receive phone calls, and I have no certainty about the status of my phone number. My only way of contacting support has been through the internet.

I have contacted AGL more than eight times regarding this issue. Each time I have been told that a ticket has been raised, that the matter is being investigated, or that it will be resolved shortly. Despite these repeated assurances, no solution has been provided.

To make matters worse, AGL’s customer support channels are extremely frustrating. When I use the online chat, I am often told to call customer service, even after explaining that I cannot make phone calls because AGL disconnected my service in the first place. This creates a completely unreasonable situation where the only support option available requires access to the very service that is not working.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability, communication, and urgency in resolving a problem that has left me without a functioning mobile service for several days.

Based on my experience, AGL Mobile has provided one of the worst telecommunications customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable mobile connectivity or effective customer support.

the plan, a 3,900% markup—with no option to opt out. If you run out of data near renewal, you’re forced to pay extra instead of simply waiting a day for your plan to reset.

Slow support responses and broken tools at a critical time made managing data frustrating. The lack of transparency and choice around billing cycles and overage fees is unfair.

While support eventually corrected the error, these issues make AGL hard to recommend. Seek providers that offer clearer billing and let you avoid costly overages by throttling or waiting for renewal.

Well I moved from Telstra to AGL to save money I got a E-sim from you everything was fine until my phone broke and I had to get another phone. This is were the Trouble started. because the sim card was not working so I couldn't get the security code for them, and every single time I phone I would tell them I had to explain the situation to them, then they would still tell me to check my phone for the security code, I mean do they not listen.

I also I couldn't get on to my apple id because off this reason, so I was stuck with no sim no apple id, no phone whatsoever.

I spoke to mobile team and the specialist team no one could activate this sim card, this went on for about 3 months, I had 2 sim cards on the go. after about 3 months they finally got my sim card working because they finally sent out a physical sim for 1 day, after 1 day they cut my services because I didn't pay my mobile bill that I couldn't use.

So I had to cancel my service as I was sick to death with AGL I also cancelled my gas plan and anything else I had with then, they lost my mobile number I had for years as I moved to them with my mobile number.

no one cared for anything they did wrong.

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. Also: SLOW data speed – I lasted 40 minutes on this network, after being attracted to the 160GB offer for 40 dollars a month. Set up was fairly easy but I then noticed the deal was then reduced to 30 dollars a month. the deal didn't exist and they couldn't help me, despite it being clearly advertised on the app and website. I asked to speak to her manager but she was almost screaming at me at this point, and I finally gave up and hung up.

The internet speed is appalling and I live in the middle of Melbourne.

I called back to cancel and was greeted by a much nicer man. I went back to Everyday Mobile.

Do not bother.

Violation of Consumer Rights: The outage created a dangerous situation by disrupting the customer's ability to communicate with their children's daycare in case of emergency. This restriction of communication and the resulting anxiety caused significant inconvenience and emotional distress.

Unacceptable Customer Service: Provider's customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, characterized by: Prolonged wait times (nearly 24 hours) Evasive responses to customer inquiries Lack of transparency and proactive communication regarding the outage Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. No clear guidelines were offered and failed to provide contact details for relevant person to complain to.

Package deal is an outright winner! – Have gone from another provider, gaining twice the amount of data and saving $40 a month over the family’s phones. Immediately gained an extra bar of coverage as well. Easy to keep track of day usage conveniently through the one app too. Show reply

Terrible Customer Service – I've been a customer for over a year. However, I have decided to switch to a different telco after I spent over 4 hours on hold. Data usage – 1. Incorrect data usage count and no details can be provided to the customers. Only 50% usage alert, then no more. Seems AGL makes heaps of profits from the data boost. 2. 1300361676 was EXTREMELY rude from the start of call. It sounded like the whole world owes her. When I requested the details of the data usage, she asked me to "check the data usage on your mobile as per app". I said my average data daily usage tells it was impossible to exceed the limit, then she told me "everything is possible". Then she told me that "I've provided what you wanted and that is final....if there's none, I can't do anything else.".... 4. Don't deserve any Star ratings to be honest. 5. Not worth for the money.
