Absolute junk. Scanner didn't work out of the box. They don't return phone calls or email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Stay well clear of this company and their products. They offer very limited, after - sale customer support (in my experience, by email only). Very disappointing that even after repeated requests for a phone call, still nothing. Farm System) are unused, still in their original packaging, unopened. Since posting this review, AgriEID agreed to a refund of the load bars ONLY if I delete this review, threatening legal action if I don't. This doesn't seem very ethical - no refund to date.

Great product for our farm – simple setup, reliable performance, and the software makes tracking livestock so much easier. Highly recommend to other farmers looking to upgrade their system.

to the old systems I looked at, this one is miles ahead. The older stuff was too expensive and honestly felt outdated. AgriEID was way more affordable, and it’s doing everything I need without the hassle. The support has also been great. I had a few silly questions early on, and they didn’t make me feel stupid - just helped me get sorted. If you’re starting out or just want something that works without the tech headache, I reckon this is worth every cent

Order no show and no refund – Ordered cattle tags 6 weeks ago and still no sign of them. Poor customer service and have been requesting a refund but absolutely no response. Never order from these people !

Dodgy deal – Purchased product over phone, very responsive initially. Once payment was complete, item arrived months after promised, would not answer calls or emails and had to use alternative numbers and emails to get a response. I purchased the scales reader and 1 year subscription package. Still no subscription and will not respond to emails.

As for the scales, they are a big improvement. The accuracy and speed is superb with the higher resolution screen so much easier to read, even in direct sunlight. The new iOS app for fast data input and tracking weight performance has been much smoother and faster than the clunky TruTest system, which has made working with our cattle a lot more efficient.

Overall, the AgriEID Ultra Cattle Scales have gone above and beyond our expectations. From the quality of the product to the outstanding customer service, AgriEID clearly delivers. We highly recommend these scales to any farmer looking for a reliable, accurate, and easy-to-use weighing system.

Good value solution – I heard about AgriEID from my neighbour who runs a system. I was impressed with the price, quality and easy to use software. We bought a system about 18 months ago with scales and a reader and it works well for our farm with 60 breeders. If we need support they have been there for us on phone or email. longer needed. emails were not replied to and phone calls not answered so I left a review of my experience so far and the company finally got in contact (at this point I didn't think the company was real). I was eventually refunded, Can't comment on quality of product but service is unfortunately poor.

Don't go near, them. Good reviews are fake – Items didn't work, they ignored my requests for help, I kept asking. Then they threatened me with legal action if I told anyone about there poor product. Notice the veteran farmers can't spell the breed they have had for 20 plus years. Show details
