Nature's Rest - Coral Sands latex mattress – This mattress is around 14 years old now. It's still an extremely comfortable mattress to sleep on. I could not imagine a more comfortable mattress. It is amazingly comfortable, like floating on a cloud, but it's also supportive, there is no sagging in the mattress whatsoever. Worst Mattress Ever. $2700.00 At 50% Off. 10 Months Use. Never Again – Within 10months of use large dip in the middle. Called and they came to take away. (truck was loaded with a heap of mattress's) Returned the next week and said they had replaced the comfort topper. 1 night's use and the dip was back. Inspector came out. Never Again – Bought several mattresses from A H Beard a couple of years ago for a commercial property. Some months ago they started to fail (sag) and understandingly guests complained. before this could happen. We did not have enough fully enclosed storage space for 3 queen sized mattresses so stored them under cover but not fully enclosed. When the inspector arrived they had become soiled and the inspector said that because they were dirty the warranty would not be honoured. The operations manager responsible for this decision could not be contacted. We have approximately 70 beds in our facility but will not be replacing any with A H Beard in future.

We've now had it for almost 10 years and there's not a hint of sag or wrinkling. My hubby actually finds it cooler than previous mattresses, which we put down to using slats rather than a box base. It looks and feels as heavenly now as it did when we bought it, and hopefully it goes on for another 10 years. Our bed rocks!

different names, so it makes it impossible to compare prices. I then tried to find the same as i had before and was told that they don't make that any more and have new technology that is better. No matter how many i laid on non were as comfortable as my old one that I gave away. I then found out that the Rydgers Hotel chain uses AH Beard labelled as the Rydgers Dream Bed. I have stayed at Rydgers many times and found there beds very comfortable. So i enquired which of the AH Beard beds is the Rydgers Dream Bed. No one could tell me. I was even told that AH Beard couldn't answer the question. It is simply a bed made just for the Rydgers Hotel and they can't tell me which of their beds it is like. So I eventually bought the top of the range med soft from Harvey Norman.

It is the most uncomfortable bed ever. It was is too soft and was saggy after only a few months. The soft cover on the pillow top worked into little balls that i can feel through my beautiful Sharidan sheets. I'm a very large lady with a back problem, which is why I was so careful about which mattress to get. This one gives absolutely no support, is hard to get out of or roll over in because I sink into the saggy hole. I went out today to buy a new mattress and funnily enough I went straight to AH Beard because I figured my last mattress was so good it must be me. I must have just picked the wrong mattress. But after reading all the other reviews I realise it's not me.

Maybe they were good once apron a time. When I bought my first one. But now they are crap. So disappointed. Not to mention the waste of money. Lost me.

a mattress that was soft and would mould to my body. When I first tried the mattress out in the store, yes it felt soft, however there is no "moulding" to your body and body weight. If I sleep on my side, I wake with sore hips due to the pressure; if I sleep on my back I get the worst sore back! The only way I can try to sleep is on my stomach.

I never had any issues with my old mattress of 15 years, it was like sleeping on clouds, but thought it was time to upgrade.

This has been the worst purchase I have ever made and a waste of $3,500. With broken sleep and every night for the past month and having the worst night sleep I know I have no choice but to ditch this piece of rubbish.

I have advised Forty Winks I am not pleased with their sale pitch for this mattress, they couldn't care less.

Their only response was that I could have the bed made softer but at my expense, and they accept no responsibility for their bad recommendation.

In other words go suck eggs, its your hard luck!

Worst bed ever – I bought a Natures Rest bed 4 years ago. After a few months it was sagging in both sides with a hump in the middle. Had it sent away to be repaired. No difference. Expensive, not worth the money and after sales support crap – Our mattress is 3 months old, paid over $3,500 sagging either side with hump in the middle. Sleep tracker app is crap - please fix it as it could be useful – Mattress 3 months old and ok so far. Sleep tracker a total con. How can I possibly sleep for 56 hours in a night. Other results are totally irrational. I paid extra for this con. The software here has serious bugs. Please fix or I will be seeking recompense. number of complaints about this bed Fair Trading should check the company. They used to make excellent beds as we have had two previous beds from them but this third bed has not met their usual standard.

I called head office and lady told me to try sleeping with the mattress on the floor as my king furniture frame may not be supportive enough! Then they said I would be charged a transport fee! A great purchase – We recently purchased a Chiro Choice Firm, queen size mattress. Best decision we made. The pillow top is soft but the mattress is firm while not being too hard. The mattress fits the frame of the bed perfectly and at a cost of $639 has proved to be a good quality mattress at a very reasonable price. A.H. Beard also offer a ten year guarantee. mattress where we sleep, we are constantly falling into them, I wake up with sore hips at night, it's very hot in summer and it's so uncomfortable I once slept on a bean bag just to get away from it!!!

The company has informed us the dips don't meet the minimum required depth we can't "fix" it.

I have now purchased a - Sealy posturepedic - and would never buy an AH Beard ever again.

AH beard single made in south Australia – Bed became too soft 8 Springs poking out, the side very poorly built. Never again South Australia manufacturer no wonder we buy from China under warranty did not turn up to pick up mattress is booked warning.

well within the 10 year warranty. Finally a representative came and looked at the mattress only to be told that the mattress was "within tolerance"!! As such I am left with an expensive mattress that can't be slept on and the cost of buying a new one which will NOT be an A H Beard!!

AH Beard Nature's Rest Pillow Top – We also purchased a King Size Nature's rest Pillow Top mattress and base which cost us a fortune. Within the first week, we were so hot that I called AH Beard who suggested I put a "cool" mattress cover on the bed. The cover has not helped and both of us are always hot. We have had the bed 5 years and it sags so badly our backs ache. When we travel, our back pain goes away and returns once we sleep on our own bed.

Too hot and stains easily – We were told by the shop assistant not to put a mattress protector on it has the ability to withdraw the heat of your body to keep you cooler. there is nothing that can be done. We paid a small fortune for this bed and now it is so bad that we will have to replace it as it is beyond cleaning because it is so discoloured, looks like we've peed the bed a million times you know, and we have never 'done anything' other that sleep on the damn thing! It too has sagged and is uncomfortable to sleep on now, I have bought a lot cheaper mattresses in the past, when we were younger, that have not discoloured or sagged even without a mattress protector.

AH Beard Mattress Rip Off! – Please do not waist your time or money! This is the worst mattress i have ever bought...it was only good for 6 months and the warranty is useless! A representative came out and had a look at it and said the mattress is fine?! I again have chronic back pain; due to this useless mattress! Shame on you AH Beard!

AH Beard worst bed ever – Purchased King size ensemble 6 years ago, after thinking we must of made a bad choice, battled both the Company & Harvey Norman to get mattress repaired & refund for bases, as they caused hard ridge down the middle & pocket springs to collapse through 180mm gaps in base. 10 Year warranty not worth a pinch of salt. Dealing with warranty we were just treated with rudeness and denial. DO NOT buy one of their beds.

since buying this bed. I went back to the store, they contacted AH Beard, they took the mattress away, tested it and sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it. No joy from the manufacturer or the store. WILL NEVER go to this store . Discusting that this company is still allowed to sell beds at all. Rip off mongrels.
