wasn't satisfied with the mattress then I should spend another $200 on a mattress topper to make it softer. The mattress topper doesn't do much at all. Am sick of dealing with this company now. I spent far too much for a rock hard mattress, then was told to spend more money for a matress topper which slips and slides everywhere, doesn't stay in place like I was told it would, and doesn't make much difference to the firmness. Seriously underwhelmed and unimpressed. Would not recommend. Would never buy from them again. If they have a "Guarantee" they should honour it, but they wouldnt. Seems like a scam to me. Very disappointed after spending nearly $1000!!!

helpful when you have a little 3 year old that likes to play twister in her sleep, I no longer wake her up from moving around and she no longer wakes me up, we are all getting a full night's sleep now for the first time in years. We haven't had the mattress for too long maybe coming up to 3 months but it's very sturdy and hasn't sagged and I feel like it will last quite a few years to come. It's also an added bonus that it costs only a fraction of the price of other mattress brands that claim to do the same thing. I’ve loved the onebed experience from purchase to use. It’s been so easy to handle, especially as a single person moving house - I was able to do everything myself. ensure I qualified. They conveniently found a loophole to avoid having to pay a refund. Do not put your trust in OneBed. They do not honour their own policies. Customer service would appear to be very low on their list of priorities.

Owning a Onebed now for 2 years it does have a negative condition to its use. A necessity to rotate the mattress (not turn it over) but rotate bedhead end to the other end, repeat the rotation each 6 - 8 weeks due to the mattress "settling" where your body lays. A low section develops at the slept point I recommend One bed for a guest bedroom and spring mattress for sustained use.

you sit on the edge of the bed, the foam compresses a lot making you slide/roll out of the bed if you are sitting by the edge. Not sure if the quality has changed? We have decided to keep it as it is for my child and it does not bother her too much. Just very surprised at the foam collapsing/compressing so much.

The mattress is very comfortable and great for my son, although if you are a bit heavier or larger, you may find yourself 'sinking' into the bed a bit, which can be good or bad depending on your preference. Great value for price, it has great back and arch support. Not too soft or firm, I'm a side sleeper. It could be an issue on our end that we didn't decompress properly, but the corners of the mattress is a bit saggy. Overall no issues, had it since August and no complaints for comfort or sleep! The OneBed King Single mattress is extremely comfortable. Ive been sleeping well and feeling supported and not having any back issues like I have with previous mattresses.
