they need to be out of business arrogant people as they sell you a car but good luck booking in for service their VW commercial service at rutherford is none existant how they make money from service is a mystery as youd never use them or go back i will be very careful where i buy cars from now on as these clowns have many badges and names, so do your homework i only hope the CEO wakes up and brings back good old service
This has to be the worst Ford dealer in Australia. It has taken 10 months to do 4 warranty repairs one has had multiple parts and have all been wrong, when fixed, the bumper removed and broke all clips and left hanging down. The service department is so rude and haven't got a clue about customer service or running a service department. It went in… Read more
for a service currently where they said new front brake pads required soon so came away with the vehicle as was in spec still and rescheduled 2 weeks later. At the end of the day no parts for bumper and that we damaged it and this was spotted after bumper removed to fix water leak. They wanted to do it 2 weeks ago which means no parts then either. so have wasted today leaving vehicle with them and said also no loan car, a joke. Do not take your vehicle to this dealer if you value your car.
Sold me a dud with a known fault – I bought a brand new Ford Focus Trend from Nuford Wangara and got a dud with a known fault. They have refused to fix the issue. First I was told I need to wear the car in, then to be told it's because I'm a woman and don't know how to drive. I searched the Ford recall site and my Vin number showed that there was a valid recall on my car for the… Read more
transmission. When I approached Dudford about it, they denied me and told me to take it up with Ford, and then they deleted the recall off the site, not before I got screenshots. Shonky thieves. Now the car doesn't drive at all because of the fault and they are threatening to have my car taken to a holding yard and refusing to fix the issue. Worst customer service ever, quick to take your money though!
Discusting – Something needs to be done about this company. No help when i need it, part not covered ( the part being a clutch/ transmission issue even though after some research i find its well documents that this model had these issues) the vehicle had only completed 90,000kms. The oh we have no service centres any where near you nor do we work Saturdays so… Read more
how about i take a whole day off work at my own cost but wait we have nothing available for a month but dont let the vehicle go over the kms or it will void the warranty! No contact for compaints or customer liason to help sort this out and lets face it i hoghly doubt i would be the only customer facing all these issues. No good enough on a lot of levels
Not worth the paper the ticks are on! – Not even a month after purchasing a second hand car from a reputable dealer in Osborne Park, WA the trouble began. We assumed the car needed a service - got it serviced. The oil was absolutely disgusting and the filters had never been changed and then the problem still persisted. The problem is that the gearbox is completely knackered and the car… Read more
is nothing but a death trap - the sellers have recommended that we see a specialist technician to diagnose the problem and then the dealers will check if it’s covered by the AHG warranty. Let’s all assume that it won’t be but I thought I would enquire and try to get some answers or a copy of what is actually covered as I was told by the dealers that after 3 months the warranty goes to a different warranty of another name - that I can’t find a hint of paperwork anywhere from the purchase and can’t even get the name of this “next” warranty anywhere. I have been trying to get some answers as to what would be covered and if the potential problem would be - no, AHG have limited contact details and are near on impossible to contact for any answers. I now conclude that AHG warranty is not worth the ticks on their 100 point rubbish check. I am extremely unhappy with all service from AHG and also the dealership I brought the second hand car from - I know it’s second hand but I would have expected a little more assistance.
Scamers, liers and crooks – Absolute joke of a company cant believe there still in business when they lie, cheat and steal from you... stay away from nuford wangara and there useless mechanics and there extended warranty that is worth nothing. Show details

Absolute Rubbish and Fraudulent Car Service Provider – Booked in my car two days back for their $159 fixed price car service package. The AHG operator who called in to confirm the booking with me also confirmed the same offer. I brought my car… Read more
to their service center (Titan Ford) on the day and was told there was no loan car available. Had to wait 20 minutes for a drop-off by one of their staff which resulted in me going to work late.
When I went to collect my car, they charged me $169 instead of $159. No fuel discount card was provided and the roadside assistance voucher was only provided after I specifically requested it. The car was not washed. Have called AHG six times since then, every time they say their manager is busy and will call me back which has never happened. They even admitted that they charged me an extra $10 dollars but no effort has been made to rectify it. Totally rubbish service provider. Please beware when you book in a service with them.
Nuford Wangara – I got a pre owned car November 2019... Aware it’s pre owned I expected it not to be perfect but since I got it I’ve had FIVE problems that haven’t been covered at all by my premium warranty they push you to get. Seemed every problem just fell short of the criteria which was rubbish. Tried to kick up a fuss but let’s be honest, they don’t care... … Read more
really disappointing coming from a proper caryard. They’ve recently tried charging me a ridiculous amount for changing a thermostat housing, which I called around and no where was as expensive. MyCar in Joondalup did it for half the price with much better service. Wish I saw all the bad reviews before I got myself into this mess...
Ridiculous - no communication and throw all blame on to customer – Once they've got a sale from you, they dont want to know you. I bought a car back in oct 2019 from Nuford Wangara and then went on holidays for 2 weeks, when i got back i finally started driving my car aorund and realised the brakes where rutted out so the car would shake as i braked. I tried contacting Nuford in regards to this, even though i… Read more
knew they wouldn't do anything / would blame me. They never got back to me.
I thendecided i would cancel my warranty, which if happens within a certain period of time, they refund 75% of the price paid for the warranty. Well, now no one is getting back to me, its taken over a month to process a refund which i still haven't received and also haven't been told the am ount of a refund and when i called and spoke with the guy dealing with my refund was told that if i called on the monday before hand, he would have had my refund issues ot me by that friday. Then used end of financial year as an excuse and that because of EOFY it will take longer than 10 business days to refund. I originally contacted AHG late May, with no reply. Then Nuford on 8th June, then didn't hear back untol 24/06/2020. I would NOT recommend any of AHG's companies especially Nuford Wangara and the other car dealerships located there (they're all owned by AHG). Nor would i recommend getting thier warranty, i shouldnt have bothered with it in the first place.
Scam for warranty – When I tried to transfer the extended warranty, I submitted all the paperwork and send to the AHG within the time period. About 2 weeks later I call to confirm if they have received the transfer and paperwork. They said let me search and can’t find it. Later told too bad you have missed the time period. That said I will never support AHG for… Read more

Stay far away (NuFord Wangara) – Service and after sales of a brand new car, they don’t follow ACL and in fact drag it out for literally years of back and forth and then claim “it’s been too long”, Absolutely the worst car yard ever! BMW Melbourne – BMW Melbourne use to have customer service - then AHG took over and customer service went out the door - assume part of the package and why alot of staff have left BMW Melbourne. AHG Nuford Wangara – Old school cowboy dealership. Check the car independently as the 100 point check isn't worth the paper it's written on. Also check the car history with a fine tooth comb. not transferrable – it is a money grab! after purchasing a used car found out that the AHG warranty is not transferrable. Mornington Nissan said that this is actually 'customer care' which covers 'very minor problems' ... sounds like they are not confident about their own product. Also found out that dealer gives it away without extra cost - you get what you pay for. For AHG, you get close to nothing because that is what you paid.
Worst service centre – Hi, I have baught pajero Mitsubishi from landers and they sell faulty vehicle, also not ready to do warranty service/replacement, I have take case to court and please if any one facing same problem just message me and join me. Their staff has no knowledge never go near to him or if some one has issues contact me as I have already put case and help you guy to fight for your rights.
Total Nissan Service Centre (Cannington, Perth) - Worst Nightmare – I checked in my Nissan car for a routine service (oil & filter change) and replacement of front wiper blades on 1 Aug 2018. It was my first time dealing with this service centre out of convenience because I had other business in that area. To my horror, the service centre had removed my original Nissan wipers (imagine that the wiper has 2 parts… Read more
- rib & blade) and fitted my car with oem non-Nissan wipers (see photo) without my permission. I did not know that at all until I switched on the wipers in the rain, and the passenger side wiper was making noise on return stroke. These oem wipers did not fit. One was too long, and was hitting the side of the wind screen trim. The other one did not sweep well leaving streaks of water on the screen.
On 2 Aug, I brought the car to the service centre. I asked a refund and my original wipers back. The service manager rejected my request. I was told me that the wipers were dumped. The remedy offered was to cut the wiper shorter.
I was not happy. So I called and wrote to Nissan HQ in Victoria. On 6 Aug, a customer service person named "[name removed]" called and told me that Nissan HQ would not intervene or mediate with the service centre concerned. No one took any responsibility although so much was said about genuine Nissan parts from Nissan service centres.
On 6 Aug, I lodged a complaint with the consumer protection dept.
On 7 Aug, a customer service person from Total Nissan service centre called me offering to replace those oem wipers with Nissan wipers, and told me that the wipers would come from Victoria in a week. A few hours later, like magic, the person called to inform that the wipers were in the service centre already. Wow !!
On 8 Aug, I brought my Nissan car in for the wipers. I was told it found my original Nissan wipers in the workshop somewhere. And it would replace the old blades on my original Nissan wipers with Nissan blades, and replace those oem wipers. But still no refund.
I was and am still flabbergasted to have to go to the service centre 3 times for wiper blade replacement. If it could blatantly remove Nissan parts and replace with oem parts on items we can see, just imagine those items we cannot see, like engine parts, oil, filters, all those fancy checks and services, etc..
This whole nightmarish episode says many things about this service centre: it has no quality management, it is dysfunctional, blatantly removing original parts, conflicting statements throughout, behaving like a corporate bully, and many more.
I would suggest avoiding any service centres affiliated with this group of companies if you like Nissan cars,
Very worrying and stressfully – Poor information, no documentation. I was told to take my car to a particular service centre and have done twice but was told the warranty is voided because I didn’t do the 6 month services which I didn’t know I had to. When I contacted the dealer about this I was told I might have voided my Mitsubishi warranty because I didn’t get the services at Mitsubishi! Totally confused and frustrated. I’m going to my local Mitsubishi service next time.
Pathetic. Stay away. Not worth the paper it's not written on – We bought a brand new Mitsubishi ASX from Frankston Mitsubishi in 2013. We were told as long as we kept getting it serviced at Mitsubishi, the warranty would be extended also. We haven't missed a service, which cost a small fortune by the way. Recently, the doors stopped locking. We took it to Mitsubishi to have it fixed under warranty. I don't… Read more
know why I thought it would be covered under warranty. Anyway, the dealer told us the door actuator wasn't covered. We argued with him, told him about the extended warranty etc. He made a call in front of us and came back saying he could do half of the almost $1,000 under 'goodwill'. So we said go ahead. He said he would order the part and get back to us by the end of the week. It's been a month and nothing, so I dropped in today. Now he says he hasn't ordered it because he didn't get the go ahead from us. Says he needs permission to go ahead because he cant order the parts until he gets the all clear for the good will. Then he straight out lied to me, saying he never made the call to get the good will in front of us the last time we were in, and that we never gave him the go ahead. We still can't lock the car, the warranty is worthless, and we've been constantly lied to. Stay away from mitsubishi. Can't be trusted.

In breach of the Australian consumer Law, not honoring statutory warranties – I bought a car with presale conditional works as identified by RACV. Mornington Auto group (part of AHG) assured me the works were complete, but could not supply a copy of the work order. Only a road worthy certificate (which also showed works complete, which were not). I then got the car inspected at the end of the three month warranty period… Read more
by the RAA, which identified most of the same issues that were apparently fixed as part of the presale condition.
I've tried very hard to resolve the issue, but Mornington motor group and the AHG GM in charge don't return calls, misrepresent their obligations under the ACL and the motor traders act.
Given the level of negative reviews associated with AGH and the poor services they are rendering onto so many hard working Australians I have formed a group to get critical mass and keep these honest.
Please spread the word and check on Facebook for a group called "Class action against Automotive Holdings Group (AHG)" and send an invite with the reason you're wanting to join.
Then post your experience on the wall.

Worst.. ever- car was worse after service! – Was sold a Kia Cerato in Joondalup.. apparently they have a 100 point safety check- but I was sold a car with close to no brake pads and the whirring sound (that we were concerned about - and the mechanic didn’t find anything to be concerned about) my partner shortly after discover that the rim was bent and hence the tire wears out super quick. … Read more

Crooked service department, Titan Ford Melville – In 2010 we bought a Ford Focus new, turned out to have one of the infamous faulty Powershift transmissions, which Titan Ford Melville's service dept claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with. Buyer beware!!! Nightmare experience (Nuford Wangara) – So many bad reviews! I wish I had seen these before buying my car. I purchased a used car from Nuford Wangara late 2017. Nuford picked up that there was a minor oil leak, washed it down and said they'd recheck it on the next service. Had… Read more
the second service done and now the oil leak was much worse. I was quoted with $3300 to have it fixed. 3 months of having the car and it already needed $3300 to fix it. I even purchased a "premium" used car extended warranty but, you guessed it, oil leaks and seals aren't covered. So I'm trying to cancel the warranty though they are trying to say that I need to sell the car before the warranty can be cancelled. Although the general conditions state "The Company will, from the date of receipt of written request from the Customer, refund a pro-rata proportion of the remaining balance..." You would think that AHG would be investigated, reviewed and fined or shut down from the amount of dodgy scams they run.
Wangara Kia/Suzuki – Organised a part under warranty and was meant to be there so it could be repaired this morning before I had to pick up my wife from hospital. Get there and no part ordered. Charging extra – They said that they will charge only $159 for the service on their website, but when i go to the dealers, one said its $189 as we have to put fully synthetic oil and other said $199. Why do you guys do this? Tell us before we book then.

time running out. The product being new and not sure how well it would work, I asked to pay for additional extended KIA Motors manufacturers warranty for peace of mind.
What they did not clarify was that they were selling their own junk AHG policy and not Kia Motors. Turns out KIA Motors themselves extended the warranty by 2 more years free of charge but AHG (under stewardship of Mr Hall) now refused to refund me for the redundant AHG policy. Which meant I had to have all services at AHG motors only from then on. The AHG Kia Cannington I bought my car from had closed down after 1 service. I was forced to go to any another AHG dealership- non Kia- as there was no KIa motors close by. They sent me to TITAN FORD instead for a KIA warranty service as that was an AHG dealership! Every time I went to Titan they would add up a few hundred dollars for unnecessary optional service without even asking me; sanitizing and deodorizing air system in my new car for $300? Wheel alignment on new car optional? so on and so forth. Asked repeatedly to refund me money for the useless AHG extended warranty as I was already covered by FREE EXTENDED KIA MOTORS WARRANTY. REFUSED TO COOPERATE.
Not only that, now as the car was being serviced by TITAN FORD and NOT KIA MOTORS, KIA's roadside free roadside assistance was not valid either as the services have to be done by KIA for it to be valid and which AHG would not allow me to do as they were pushing me to other AHG dealerships instead!
