I purchased a VW Caddy on the 10/3/2026. My decision to this vehicle was partially based on information contained on a car selling website. When I took delivery of the vehicle on my trip home I discovered that a feature listed on the advertisement was not working, I immediately contacted the salesman his response was I will send you a link on how… Read more
to activate it. I did not receive any information from him. It took three phone calls and two emails to get a response. When I eventually got an email from management it was pointed out that any features needed to be confirmed prior to purchase. I find it difficult to accept that features can be advertised and then when they don’t exist it’s the purchase’s fault for not reading the fine print.
Be very careful with this dealership. They make you sign the first contract with salesman purposefully ‘leaving out stamp duty’. You go to collect keys and they then provide a secondary contract with “stamp duty payable by customer” in small writing. If you refuse to buy, they try charge 5% of the cost of car. They make you feel everything is… Read more

Just bought a Jeep from Westside Auto and specifically sought out Jackson. He’s the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Never an issue with him or the delivery team. Neil was great at sorting out the finance. Westside Auto is the go to place for a used car. Show reply
I am extremely happy with the service at all levels I recieved while choosing and purchasing my car at Westside Auto Wholesale. Everyone was very friendly and informative at each point of the sale. member ( i'm sorry I can't remember her name) in the collection office who processed my papers before I was delivered to my vehicle by an equally lovely staff member ( again can't remember his name) on the golf cart. I would highly recommend a visit to Westside Auto Wholesale if you are looking to buy a car in the future, you are sure to find something you like in their extensive range of cars and their service will impress. Thankyou so much to Westside Auto Wholesale! Jen

We test drove our vehicle, purchased and had it delivered within the week. The process was absolutely seamless from salesman to the Finance manager. Montu Arora & Nick Banerjee, both your kind and professional nature made our purchase so easy! Your service is appreciated. Show details
Helpful non-pushy experience – I picked up my new car a few weeks ago and everything went really smoothly. Can't fault the price or the non-pushy service. I find buying a car a very daunting process but this was just so easy. A big thanks to Hardeep and Nick for making the whole process an easy one. I would definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for a car in the future. Show reply
Westside auto wholesale I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a vehicle I purchased from Westside Auto Wholesale. Approximately one month after purchasing a near-new Toyota Hilux from your dealership, I had a long-range fuel tank fitted and subsequently presented the vehicle to a Department of Transport (DOT) inspector for… Read more
inspection. During this inspection, I was informed that the vehicle was not fit for purpose as it exceeded the allowable weight limits and had been incorrectly licensed as a utility rather than as a van/truck. I was advised that the vehicle required a GVM upgrade in order to comply with DOT requirements.
I contacted Westside Auto Wholesale immediately to discuss the issue and was initially directed to Karcare, who advised that the matter was not their responsibility and that I should contact the dealership again. I then contacted Westside a second time and explained the situation. I was asked to bring the vehicle into your service department so that it could be assessed.
After inspection, the manager confirmed that a GVM upgrade was required for the vehicle to become compliant. I agreed to have the work carried out and was told it could be completed the following week. As I reside in Geraldton, this required me to remain in Perth while the work was being undertaken.
The process ultimately took a total of two weeks to complete, during which time I incurred accommodation expenses while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. Four days before I was due to collect the vehicle, I received a phone call informing me that the situation had been caused by an error on your part. Despite this acknowledgement, I was told that I would be required to pay half of the cost of the repair, amounting to $3,400.
I explained that I did not believe I should be responsible for any of these costs, as the vehicle had only been purchased from your dealership one month earlier and the issue clearly existed prior to the sale. Nevertheless, I was ultimately pressured into paying $1,500 in order to have my vehicle released back to me.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. Being required to remain in Perth for an extended period, incur accommodation costs, and contribute financially toward rectifying a fault that your dealership acknowledged was its responsibility has caused significant inconvenience and expense.
As a result of this experience, I no longer have confidence in Westside Auto Wholesale and would not feel comfortable purchasing another vehicle from your dealership or recommending your business to others.

Be very wary of purchasing a vehicle from Westside Auto Wholesalers. If you have any issues with the vehicle they are very dismissive in getting them sorted. I purchased a 200 series landcruiser from them on the condition that the rear tyres be replaced as they were in very poor condition, low on tread and radial cracks all over the tyres. I delt… Read more
with the sales person [Name Removed], who through out the whole process assured me they would be changed. I was at work when the vehicle was ready for collection, arranged for my partner to collect it. Phoned [Name Removed] prior to this who told me that the tyres had been changed and it was good to go. This was a lie taking advantage of the fact I wouldnt be picking it up personally.
Dealing with [Name Removed] the sales manager trying to rectify the problem he was extremely rude, would hang up on me and refused to even look into the tyre problem.
Be very careful of dealing with this dodgy car yard, if you have any problems you will have to fight for a resolution. Once they have your money they have no interest in dealing with you.
Westside would not provide anyone else other then the extremely rude/ unprofessional [Name Removed] to contact in regards to getting this problem resolved. Photos of the "roadworthy" tyres attached.
UPDATE:
After submitting a complaint to consumer protection Westside was told to sort the issue out and have since replaced the unroadworthy tyres with new ones. Disappointing I had to spend 2 months fighting for this. Just shows the care they have for their customers once they vehicle has been sold.

that they made sure it was spotless when we took delivery of it but most of all, apart from the assurance that if ANYTHING went wrong with it, it would be covered by warranty with them (we have had absolutely no problems with it) was the fact that Omar took the time to call us several weeks after the purchase to check that we were happy with our purchase and to further extend his thanks and assurance if we had any problems, he was just a phone call away. I have bought many brand new cars over the years and not once has the owner of the company bothered to check in with me about my purchase. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you
Follow-up · Still loving the car. Haven’t had a single problem with it and it drives like a brand new car! When we bought the car, it was cleaned and ready for me to pick it up within an hour of us buying it. It was spotless (and still is). I don’t recall the warranty period, but I believe it was three months, not that it was needed anyway. Thanks again, Omar!
Extremely Disappointed — Unsafe Vehicles and Unprofessional Service I purchased two Toyota Prado vehicles from Westside Auto Bentley, spending over $100,000 AUD in total—and both have had serious mechanical faults making them unsafe to drive. The… Read more
first Prado had visible mechanical issues, and I later discovered a large dent on the back door that had been deliberately hidden under a soft Tyre cover. When I contacted the salesperson (KB Singh), he stopped responding and eventually dismissed my concerns, saying he was “busy with other customers.”
The dealership bounced me between departments and refused responsibility, with the sales manager (Laurent Vincent) being particularly argumentative and dismissive. The second Prado, bought for my brother, also had mechanical faults and had to be taken straight to a mechanic.
Their staff are unprofessional, evasive, and unwilling to resolve legitimate complaints. Based on my experience, I will never recommend Westside Auto Bentley to anyone. Their handling of customer safety and post-sale accountability is unacceptable.
I will be reporting this to Consumer Protection WA and will request them to conduct a formal investigation into this business’s practices.

I recently purchased a car from Westside Auto and unfortunately the entire experience left me very disappointed. From the beginning, the sales process felt extremely pushy. The salesperson repeatedly tried to sell additional products using fear-based tactics, making it uncomfortable rather than helpful. We were constantly pressured to buy extra… Read more
warranties and insurance that we clearly stated we did not want. Even after saying no several times, other staff members continued trying of to sell additional coverage.
We were told the car was in very good condition with no issues. However, the day after taking ownership the car started making loud clicking noises. This immediately made us question the accuracy of what we had been told.
Another example concerns the tires. The salesperson insisted they were almost new and far better than what the law requires. When we later had the car checked during a precautionary service, we discovered the tires only had 4 mm of tread left, while the legal minimum is 3 mm. We had specifically raised concerns about the tires during the purchase and were assured they were in excellent condition, which turned out to be misleading.
We were also told the brakes were in good condition, but during inspection we were informed they would need replacing within about six months.
The sales process itself took 4–5 hours, which was already frustrating. When it came time to pay the deposit, another employee again attempted to sell us additional insurance. After I spoke with the manager about the constant upselling, he apologized and said we would move forward quickly. However, even after we had paid, the employee again suggested that I look at a flyer about the same insurance “when I had more time”.
Collection of the car was also poorly handled. We arrived at 8 AM to pick it up, but the dealership had not finished their paperwork and we had not even seen the contract yet. When we carefully reviewed it, we found several pieces of information that had not been disclosed to us earlier. What should have been a simple pickup ended up taking two hours because they were not prepared.
On top of that, the windshield washer system and wipers were not working and had to be replaced. Due to the lack of trust after everything that happened, we ended up taking the car in for service 7,000 km earlier than planned just to be safe.
In the weeks following the purchase, we also received multiple messages again promoting insurance offers, even though we had already declined several times.
We tried to email them, but didn’t got any response.
Overall, the experience was seriously unacceptable. The constant pressure selling, misleading information about the car’s condition, and the issues we encountered immediately after purchase made the entire process extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend buying a car from here at all.

Disappointed and Misleading Experience We visited Westside Auto Wholesale to inspect and test drive a $59,000 Toyota Kluger Hybrid after arranging a time in advance. accident-damaged cars”. This was misleading.
We found the sales process disjointed. Our salesman took calls and dealt with other customers while we tried to discuss the sale and privacy was clearly not respected. After a thorough and critical test drive, we were prepared to purchase a different vehicle, but were then sat in an office for almost half-an-hour and rudely informed that the car would be sold without any registration, even though the advert clearly showed a WA license number in the appropriate field. We withdrew from the sale immediately and left the premises.
A professional dealership should honestly disclose vehicle condition, offer clarity on registration included with purchase (especially at significant prices) and respect the customer’s time and privacy. Sadly this was not our experience.
Buyer beware — always get an independent inspection and confirm registration is included before signing anything.

This Car seller in Perth is/has/have become an absolute joke. Cars from 2020 to 2025 are being listed at ridiculous, sky‑high prices, even when the mileage is through the roof. like they’re doing us a favour. Then they have the nerve to say the price is fixed, no negotiation, no flexibility, nothing. Their “big offer”? A full tank of fuel — for the thousands you’re paying. What a rip‑off. What a joke. The whole system feels like it’s designed to squeeze every dollar out of buyers while giving absolutely nothing back. Perth car traders need a reality check.

I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from Westside Auto in September 2025 and my experience with salesman David was deeply disappointing from start to finish. down. Once we did locate him, it was clear he knew very little about its features and was visibly flustered, rushing because he was already late for his next appointment.
I proceeded with the purchase only because I wanted the car. However, David made an administrative error that resulted in me paying the vehicle transfer fee twice — once directly and once through the Department of Transport. (To Westside Auto’s credit, they refunded the duplicate fee quickly.)
Since collecting the car, I’ve had a couple of queries that David has ignored completely. On one occasion, he claimed to be on holiday but still made no effort to put me in touch with another staff member who could assist. Once the sale was complete, David clearly lost interest in offering any level of service.
I’m sure Westside Auto has some good staff, but this experience shows how, with a dealership of this size, you’re treated as nothing more than a transaction. My advice: if customer service and after-sales support matter to you, look elsewhere — or at the very least, avoid dealing with David.
