Avoid at all costs – Stay well clear of this company. They broke the leg off my dining table while moving my furniture and refused to fairly compensate me for repairing it. They avoided my phone calls and it took weeks to just speak with them and get a response. I have had to pursue via VCAT. Avoid at all costs.

Moving can often be a complicated task, but it becomes much smoother when you communicate with someone who genuinely listens and understands your needs.

WORST COMPANY!! STAY CLEAR – WORST BUSINESS EVER – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I called up about a month prior to my moving date where everything was booked in, contract signed, and a deposit was made.. full as it’s a gas lift and I am a single woman and I have no idea how too.. they agreed to this upon booking. We went on and discussed what items I have and the start and finish properties etc.. the first properties on moving day did have slightly more which was fine and I agreed to pay any additional time caused due to this.. it wouldn’t have been much due to only being a couple of items and we placed them only a couple of meters away from the truck…. I was rushed to hospital in the morning with pregnancy complications, so my mum had to step in and go to the house where she didn’t know they were supposed to dismantle the bed.. they didn’t dismantle it (which they knew too) and only took the bed head off… when they got to the new house, they spent a good 25 minutes trying to get the bed through the walls and doors due to it NOT being dismantled and after 25 min decided “oh ok we will dismantle it now and put it back together” which is what they should have done in the first place.. instead, they were banging on the walls and doors of the new house and took them SOO much longer to put in the house.. but they were happy to charge for having a couple extra items but not take off monies for their issue not doing what was discussed! After they left and me paying $950 (mind you it was $940) and they guy didn’t even give change… and was originally quoted $700.00 - $750.00 we noticed that x3 zips that hold the back cushions of my couch on to the couch were busted and the cushions were totally ripped of the actually couch, my lamp was ripped apart and broken, my table with a glass centre was scratched like crazy and they left my make up mirror stand on the truck (this item has been mailed back since)… It’s been now 2 weeks of me following this up and nothing has been resolved… at the start they told me to buy x1 zip from Kmart and fix it myself and show them the receipt.. when the couch is busted, and it is x3 zips and It shouldn’t be up to me to try fix it…. They originally said they would give me $50.00 for the lamp when the lamp was more expensive than $50.00 and that is all they were going to replace… after back and forwards emailing getting absolutely nowhere due to them not taking responsibility of their actions and carelessness I went to consumer affairs which has advised me they have broken 60 & 61 of customer affairs acts which I had brought to their attention… they then said they will pay for only the zips from Kmart that I have to fix myself (which I can’t because the couch is now busted) now $70.00 for the lamp and nothing else…. I am not happy with that and requested they pay for them to hire a professional to come out and fix my couch, the full amount for the lamp and money for the damage to my table but they said they won’t do that due to me only getting MINIMAL insurance that won’t cover that as it only covers wear & tear… but last time I checked… forcefully breaking a lamp and a couch is not “wear & tear” and they should be held liable for breaking my stuff! I find that I must follow them up on the daily and I’ll be lucky to get a response every 2-3 days! I now have an external party that is going to act on my behalf as they are not following consumer laws. Mind you.. the guys that were doing the job that day did not once say they broke anything.. they were sneaky and tried getting away with it and we had to follow their office up with an email… but when they responded to the email the first time they said “out of good will because you’re pregnant we put 1 extra guy on so instead of 2 guys we gave you 3” MIND YOU… ONLY 2 GUYS GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK!!! And I didn’t ask for the 3rd guy so they can’t really be using that and making it seem like it’s something I requested.

Avoid at all costs – Absolutely avoid. I moved house about 6 weeks ago with them and would never do it again. I have contacted them multiple times about this, and haven't had ANY reply. quick if not quicker. They also packed the truck so badly that they had to leave a lot of stuff behind. This was absolutely unnecessary, and I suggested repacking a number of times, which they ignored until it was too late. I mentioned that a couple of things were really precious and to be careful, and they put a dent in one of them right in front of me, and when I pointed that out, they lied straight to my face and said it was an old dent. To add insult to injury, they made gestures about giving me a discount of 30 mins - but instead, after I looked at the receipt properly, it turns out they overcharged me by 15 minutes.

I put all this in an email to them twice, offering them the chance to resolve this privately. I have been waiting for over a month, and have had absolutely zero reply. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional service.

No privacy or confidentiality – Received a email from this company this afternoon not related to me totally unrelated I didn’t even enquire. wrong person and given out someone’s personal details and he said ignore it and hung up. What the hell is happening and where is privacy and confidentiality.

Warning Poor Services – Were 24 hours late in arriving, dropped my washing machine and broke it. Tried to deny the damage and blame me for it then just wouldn't answer my calls. was dishonest a number of times and refused to assist me, even hanging up on me. I only got a secondhand replacement after going to Consumer Affairs. Very disappointing service.

WARNING!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! – I was given a book time of 10am-2pm, they arrived at 2pm with no communication throughout the day. They then broke my porch/security light while moving a mattress, they told me to contact customer service who will send someone to fix it, I did this on the spot - took photos and sent an email straight away. 2 weeks after the move and after multiple… Read more

attempts to contact them, they are now denying damaging anything, even though I have photo proof. They took such a long time to put everything into the truck even though everything was packed and dismantled for them already. They are cheap for a reason, you will end up spending more money fixing their damages.

as shuttles and manual carries, it all felt so professional. One thing that I really like in their website is the Instant call back for Quotation . Knowing an estimate of how much the move will cost and confirming how the fees were calculated from an agent made the experience reassuring. I also appreciate how the moving team arrived a few minutes early for my booking because I didn't have to sit around and wait. Mildura trip – Amazing effort by the lads. Drove all the way to Mildura from Melbourne and back in a day with a full truck load at each end. Definately worth the price.
