Please Never Trus these People
PLEASE NEVER NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. arranged relocation 3 weeks ahead first , [Name Removed], their secretary after me 10 times calling finally sent me the quote for 2 trucks as I had lots of stuff and they suggested 2 trucks, I responded and paid deposit. I sent them the payment. I did not hear till the night before that they sent an email at 6 pm saying if I don't call them by 5 pm they would cancel it. I tried calling nobody picked up as it was 6 pm. I replied to email and at 8.30 they replied ok we will do leaving me with a lot of stress.
... Read moreNext morning only 1 truck showed up when called them [Name Removed] lying that We never Confirmed 2 trucks. I have put both e email to show these people are the most unprofessional you can find. the 2 workers after 45 min slowly started filling up the truck and the truck was full at the end and almost everything on second story would not fit as I had to choose heavier stuff to go first. I have also attached picture of what was left after they finished and I had to do it myself. These people finished at 6.30 pm and forced me to pay for unfinished job. They were pushing for good reviews as well. Forgot to say that to carry my fridge they were trying to use a bare metal mover without any protection ans when I asked them have u ever done this they said many times. These people are not trust worthy PLZ DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY OR SEND BY EMAIL. DO NOT TRUST THESE DODGY PEOPLE

WORST BUSINESS EVER – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I called up about a month prior to my moving date where everything was booked in, contract signed, and a deposit was made..
Upon booking the guy on the phone mentioned all my belongings will be insured up to the total of 1 million dollars so all good and well… I also requested they pull dismantle my bed in full as it’s a gas lift and I am a single woman and I have no idea how too.. they agreed to this upon booking.

Perfect and seem less move
This company has been nothing but excellent from the movement we booked our move to the moment they moved our entire house in. Veer and Shubham made our day. They went above and beyond with no issues at all. We highly recommend these two guys and would be calling them if we ever have to move again!!

Vicky and Aman were our removalists. Very punctual and very courteous and extremely efficient. Would recommend them for future work.
Avoid at all costs
Absolutely avoid. I moved house about 6 weeks ago with them and would never do it again. I have contacted them multiple times about this, and haven't had ANY reply.
They were cheaper than a lot of other companies, but their movers were so slow, that the move ended up being just as expensive. I was helping them and (as a small woman) was just as quick if not quicker. They also packed the truck so badly that they had to leave a lot of stuff behind. This was absolutely unnecessary, and I suggested repacking a number of times, which they ignored u

I mentioned that a couple of things were really precious and to be careful, and they put a dent in one of them right in front of me, and when I pointed that out, they lied straight to my face and said it was an old dent. To add insult to injury, they made gestures about giving me a discount of 30 mins - but instead, after I looked at the receipt properly, it turns out they overcharged me by 15 minutes. I put all this in an email to them twice, offering them the chance to resolve this privately. I have been waiting for over a month, and have had absolutely zero reply. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional service.
No privacy or confidentiality
Received a email from this company this afternoon not related to me totally unrelated I didn’t even enquire. I was sent someone’s personal details and pickup details and the email included pictures of the removalists sticking the [Content Removed]. I called the company at 4:50 this afternoon to inform them they had sent all the details to the wrong person and given out someone’s personal details and he said ignore it and hung up. What the hell is happening and where is privacy and confidentiality.

Warning Poor Services
Were 24 hours late in arriving, dropped my washing machine and broke it. Tried to deny the damage and blame me for it then just wouldn't answer my calls. was dishonest a number of times and refused to assist me, even hanging up on me. I only got a secondhand replacement after going to Consumer Affairs. Very disappointing service.

Chirag and Virender were on time and made our move very easy. Very professional and courteous. Will highly recommend their services.
WARNING!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I was given a book time of 10am-2pm, they arrived at 2pm with no communication throughout the day. They then broke my porch/security light while moving a mattress, they told me to contact customer service who will send someone to fix it, I did this on the spot - took photos and sent an email straight away. 2 weeks after the move and after multiple attempts to contact them, they are now denying damaging anything, even though I have photo proof. They took such a long time to put everything into the truck even though everything was packed and dismantled for them already. They are cheap for a reason, you will end up spending more money fixing their damages.
