The Samsung TV Plus won’t. Connect and play. The app will provide information about what is showing but won’t play the channel. All other apps work fine

In the photos could you please be sure to show:
- Full screen of the TV in one photo or video that shows the error message - Copy of the proof of purchase - Model number and Serial number of the TV

I have a Bauhn 65" tv from Aldi with Tizen Os and I can't get past the bit where you have to sign into Samsung account. I have a Samsung acc. that works on my other devices but on the tv it says, can't connect to server. Internet is connected. I can only use through my Fetch tv box and hdmi cable. Thanks for any help, Gary
Hey Gary. I recommend you contact Bauhn Tech support. I didn't have any problems with my Brauhn 70"

How do you turn off your android tv tab, every time we get it to go away it comes back about 10 seconds later? Very annoying..
