how do I adjust the temperature??? nothing in the manual
Hi Candib, The control panel features digital controls which allow for easy adjustment of the dehydration temperature and time. If you have the FD-320 model, please refer to page 12 of your user manual.

no..my model isnt that one and there is no way to regulate it
Can I get spare parts? Most of the trays have lost their separators. They just break off and now I have dropped the top lid and taken a piece out of it. Can I get replacements?

Not worth it, they've disconned the unit due to lots of safety issues
I would not purchase this product at all. I brought a dehydrator with stainless steel wire racks. It is so much better than the Aldi product.
Are there replacement trays available? My trays are stating to disintegrate after I have used it about 7 times!

I bought a food dehydrator (model no: FD-319) from ALDI and I am fully satisfy with the machine. I have 02 questions to verify please. 01) Do you have any safety measure suppose if the hot air blower FAN stops working while the machine ? what will happen to the element ? 02) I feel hot air just escaping from the middle opening without passing through the trays. Please let me know what will happen if the center opening of the upper tray covered with a metal lid so that more air to pass through the trays ? Thanks, MONTY
