Useless. Do not buy. The control panel is too difficult to use and it has adhesive pads that will need to be replaced. I threw it in the bin without ever getting it working. There are much better and simpler machines out there. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Show details
I’ve had this for a few years and only recently started using it. It’s fabulous for my TMJ (jaw muscles) pain. Now using it a few times a week to counteract the effects of my jaw clenching. Show details
I have chronic spine L4/5, C3-4 and both hips. Travelling overseas I was dreading trying to cope with this pain. My Dr & I have taken the precautions to have the right Rx for me & I’m happy to say so far I’ve only needed occasional small doses because the TENS machine has offered me enormous assistance each day, all day. Amazing device – I am amazed how good this is. Only had it 3 days and it takes my lower back pain away for up to 8 hours already. Great price and value for money Show details
BAD and useless Wellness plus soft shell knee massager KM3HT1 71774 PRODUCT – DON'T BUY Wellness plus soft shell knee massager KM3HT1 71774 PRODUCT It looks big, it's look impressive BUT useless, I would only give it 2 scores out of 10. The whole big soft shall looks BIG but only with one match-box-size battery. If you put the white control panel on top of your leg, then the battery will be in the position of your lower… Read more
leg. It won't go anywhere except the lower leg. There is only ONE battery at that position. This is a toy and joke. pdf / word photo of the battery size and position uploaded under this review
There's three hours I'll never get back – That's how long I spent in total trying to work the out how on earth this thing is supposed to work. I don't know who wrote these instructions, but perhaps they should start again from scratch. If you follow the book slowly and to the letter, you still have zero chance of getting the thing to work. The instructions actually do not make sense, and… Read more
do not correspond with what actually happens when you press each of the buttons as instructed. The programming doesn't work at all, and to turn the unit off, you have to pull out the batteries as there's no other way to switch it off. Total scam.
Waste of Money – Brought in 2023 used 5 times now wont turn on . Have replaced batteries still no turn on. Show details
Information is not set out well. Does not flow – I’ve been around & around the book. Jumbled instructions, does not flow. Need quick & easy set up Show details
Tried on a foot sprain - worked! – Foot sprained, so severe pain, can't walk. Applied two rounds of EMS, 30mins per round. Next day, swell went down and can walk a little. Amazing recovery. Show details
amazing and affordable – purchased for a friend who developed chronic pain following a knee replacement. TENS machines are underrated and underutilised in my personal opinion. As a medical practitioner in the field of anaesthesia and pain management I can say i've seen great results. My friend has stated that she has reduced pain and uses this TENS machine as often as 3 times a week with significant reduction in localised pain. 10/10
Does the job without costing a fortune – Easy to use Comes with a selection of gel pads with universal electrode connection. Have been using for 6 months - does a great job. Replacement pads easily purchased when required. Show details
Mine just died after 4+ years and countless use – I got mine simply to see if it would help or if it was a weak knockoff. 25 intensities, 4+ years ago hundreds of uses later it gave up, completely my fault otherwise it still worked perfect. Pads were about shot from over use but the machine operated perfect from day 1 till death do us part. 5 stars from me, shame it's discontinued. Best $62 spent. Show details
for the price not too bad – It helps when used correctly for sure just needs additional pads as they stop working after a few uses we weren’t able to purchase additional pads to go with this machine so I would buy from a place that you can re stock them with ease Show details

Works great – I have owned other tens machines, this Aldi one is easy to use and has multiple setting. It is also very pwerful compared to others. takes batteries so no issue of having in built battery failing and not being replaced Show details
Is there a YouTube video on how to use it? – Is there a YouTube video on how to use it? I tried reading the instructions but still couldn’t work it OMG do I need to write 30 words to get my point across Show details
Great Value. It works for my knee, back and shoulder injuries! – I've experienced TENS devices since '80s. Back then it was a "Professional Device" ie Physiotherapists. This unit is easy to use, "it works" for my injuries and is value for money. I've not used an EMS device before, but it seems very effective in treating muscular pain. Additional gel pads would be appreciated, as this unit is getting a workout! Show details
Really good & effective – Was very affordable so I was a little skeptical at first but after using it I am pleasantly surprised! It’s a little bit of reading to get started but the product works really well on my back pain. Definitely worth while! Show details
It stopped working after 3 times of usage – The device stopped working after I used it 3 times. I emailed sales@performhealth.com.au to support but they don't reply. When it worked, the device was helpful to relieve my pain. Updated: Although I have not received an email from them, today I got a parcel with the new device and an instruction to send it back to the manufacturer. It is quite a surprising parcel and I think customer service handles my case well. Show details
One star for when it worked – Unit worked 2-3 times before I needed to return it to ALDI for replacement. Initial unit and subsequent replacement units were both inoperable, unable to turn them on and the display frozen. Second unit appeared like it had just been placed back on the shelf after someone else had returned it with crappy batteries installed and internal packaging… Read more
missing for components.
One star for when it worked, just a shame it didn’t work for longer.
Nil apology offered from ALDI staff which just confirms my assessment of the product.
So much Hope for this, but alas – After three or four uses, the handset has suffered a major software issue and the screen keeps flashing even a hard restart by removing the batteries fails to clear the problem. The handset is non functional. Show details
Loved my tens until my pads wore out and wire broke – Helps so much with my chronic pain. Back neck shoulders and knees. I need parts for my tens as the pads aren't sticking properly and one of the cords have broken. Show details
Aldi WellnessPlus "TEN 603" – You have to pick the right mode and strength for the right injury. There are three modes: TENS, Massage, and EMS: * TENS is for pain relief. * Massage is for ??? * EMS is for muscle stimulation. I used the TENS P02 program at "15" strength for my rib injury, and so far it has worked a treat. Show details

Use it on mum and she loves it – I have been using the tens machine on mum for the past year and it definitely helps her back and shoulder pain. She uses it for 20 to 30 mins at a time on each area. Her physio is also happy for her to use it and was surprised how good it is. We definitely recommend it. Show details
Great Product – I bought the Aldi Tens Machine for my back years ago and its still awesome, its my best friend after gardening .. Works a treat would totally recommend for anyone to buy their Tens Machines... 5 *****
It was perfect for two years – It was perfect for two years then one side stopped working and the pulses started being irregular on the working side. But still $50 was a good value for that much time.
Aldi Portable Tens Machine – Aldi have done it again with a no nonsense Portable Tens Machine which is so easy to operate. Absolutely great for tired or tight muscles and will definitely save time and money for basic minor complaints.
