I had 4 Matt’s cleaned by these people, 2 of the Matt’s came back worse than before. I paid $918 to have them cleaned. They came back mouldy and dirty. Please do not use this company. I’ve had no response from them, so now I going to the magistrate court.

Zero stars. I basically pulled apart half my house to have this done and they didn't show up, no contact with me about delays or anything. It took 4 tries to get someone on the phone and I was told they would contact the technician and call back but after an hour i had to call them back. at all. The office staff were friendly but it seems that the technicians and office staff have no idea what's going on with the other. After reading most of the other reviews I shouldn't have even bothered. I definitely wouldn't recommend or even waste your time.

Brennan came around to patch up some carpet holes and did an absolutely amazing job,great attention to detail and a very polite and friendly person. He is very professional and has a great eye for detail. Thank you

Excellent cleaning result, but the repair work was a bit sloppy. Very responsive communication but, again despite sending photos and clarifications about the repairs needed, the workman didn’t have all materials on hand.

Technician 1 hour and 20 minutes late for there appointment. Unfortunately I could not wait and left for work. They have now tried to charge me $120 for there lateness and informalness. Best of luck getting me to pay for absolute horrible service.

I can't even give them 1 star. Absolutely discusting customer service. It took 3 months of rescheduling to get my lounge and carpet cleaned, and when they finally showed up they ruined my $5000 lounge suite, it had dirt/water marks all over it and was wet for a week. refund, that they initially said I had to give them a chance to correct it and even then they didn't show? I feel a bit stupid for even giving them the benefit of trying to fix it but it was the only way to get a refund. I'm in the process of sueing them. Do not get your lounge cleaned by this company.

Booked a timeslot for 1pm, had been encouraged to book this day by the receptionist despite having a tight schedule. 3:30 - only using the second person to carry equipment in before doing the whole job by himself, stating his partner was getting lunch. Very minimal apologies or any genuine understanding for how inconvenient it was having to cancel multiple afternoon meetings and to start the drying process 2hrs later than expected. I then expressed my disappointment to the receptionist before paying and was offered the standard 10% discount (offered to everyone for doing feedback), and was assured the manager would call me to discuss - nil calls, nil communication from management whatsoever despite me following up the next day as well. Very disappointing service. Couch looks ok but not at all worth the headache.

Far to high prices. $500 for 30 minute job to restrech carpet. Was told it would take 2-4 hours so that price sounded reasonable when quoted. This company is an intermediary with the work being done by subcontractors. Suggest getting a direct contractor instead. Quality of work was good.

The quality of the workmanship was of a high standard. A small piece of carpet in a door way adjacent to a tiled floor was replaced and is near invisible. company for what I needed. I had a new body oil stain on one seat of my couch. I realised very quickly I had not sought the help of someone too highly experienced for the job. Being an hour late to arrive is never a good impression, even if you do call at the time you are due to say you'll be late. Its also not a good look that you don't know how to turn the tap from cold to hot. Arriving with a bunnings plastic bucket, a cloth and two plastic spray bottles with handwritten labels on them didn't fill me with confidence either. Anyhow after a few squirts and some rubbing from the cloth the stain very slightly got lighter. Still totally visible but a bit better. The worker seemed happy but happier to try to upsell to clean the whole sofa for an extra charge of 3 time what I paid for the one seat clean. All in all. I won't be calling on them again. Stay away.

We used Allcarpets until our insurance company could put in their own team. They charged around $20,000 for 4 days of work. After we asked them to leave they delayed picking up the equipment for another day and charged for that day as well. twice as much equipment to charge double. We disputed the invoice and they threatened legal action. After further delays they responsed by saying they had invoiced incorrectly and sent an updated invoice. They are also nearly impossible to get a hold of.

I wouldn't go near this company again.

stood around whilst watching my 11 daughter vacuum the room and move her toys and books in the room they weren't cleaning, and even commented how messy their rooms were. Then when they were finished it didn't look that much different to when they started.

So overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience unfortunately. Felt like they just did the minimum and were a bit rude to my mother and kids. I would have thought they could have tried to remove the stains in the carpet without asking for more money at least, or at least help the kids vacuum the room, would have taken 1 minute.

Had few stains to remove couple had been there for a year therefore stubborn other stains came out really well .. mostly dog stains which can be difficult the longer left. Overall very pleased. Two staff attended were delightful, thoroughly explained work to be done and worked hard.

Damaged my leather couch by using a STEAM MOP on it. When I questioned if this was meant to be used on leather, they assured me it was. Continued on and all 6 seats are now damaged.

Sam Roy was contracted to clean four chairs for me. It was a terrible job in less than 10 minutes. I complained, and I was promised a full refund, then a partial refund, never got anything back. This company is disgraceful and should be de registered.

Carpet was not cleaned properly, so sent it back to be re-cleaned. Still came back dirty. Yes the technician was professional and did refund me however I wanted my rug cleaned. The main problem with this company was the manager refused to speak to me when I first complained!! I called 4 or 5 times in a week, nothing back. Very unprofessional manger!!!

Customer service responded to queries in a timely manner. The team was not overly friendly but quick and efficient. Very happy with the work, I would recommend them.

argument with my tenant and held him up demanding payment from him!! Then when I emailed the company for the invoice, I was sent a invoice of $650 despite agreeing on $300. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before going ahead and booking anything with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Unreliable unprofessional – Newcastle All carpets did not show for our scheduled appointment. We’d taken time off work and paid for parking. I reached out several times, it took a week to get in touch with them. They charge a $120 no show fee to clients, I asked for some kind of discount given they had done that to us. No disocount. Unprofessional, expensive quoted compared to others and difficult to work with. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not worth the cost, won't come back to fix issues – DO NOT RECOMMEND. Two small repairs were done well enough, but a larger, more visible one was not attached properly and is coming loose. I have repeatedly asked All-Carpets to come back to fix it and have been ignored. All I want is for them to come back and fix their repair that is coming loose.

Very Poor - Do not use – So poorly done. Did a leather clean and condition, kept saying how "old" the couch was and how none of the stains can be removed. Waste of money, wish I used another company. Additionally quoted me one amount and then requoted me an extra $50 when I followed up.

Very good, would use again – Job was to clean a 2 and 3 settee covered in dog hairs. The team did a great job cleaning them. They arrived within the time frame and started straight away. Cannot fault their work ethic and cleaning. Very pleased
