Customer service responded to queries in a timely manner. The team was not overly friendly but quick and efficient. Very happy with the work, I would recommend them.

Very Poor - Do not use – So poorly done. Did a leather clean and condition, kept saying how "old" the couch was and how none of the stains can be removed. Waste of money, wish I used another company. Additionally quoted me one amount and then requoted me an extra $50 when I followed up.

Great service, would use again – I arranged a deep clean of our rug with All-Carpets, which had been a bit neglected. They came a bit early but hardly an issue, since the service was fast and they gave us an extra protective treatment for no additional cost.

Happy customer – Carpets were left looking and smelling so clean! Staff was very friendly and arrived on time. Would highly recommend!

NO SHOW! Canceled on us last minute – We agreed on $240 and we have an email proof but the day before they told us that it will be 320! The job is so small and has already been agreed and yet cancelled the day itself. Would not recommend!

No show twice – Cleaning & Stretching fir 2 rooms. First booking they cancelled night before, after the two rooms were emptied and rebooked 2 weeks later. Emptied 2 rooms again totally and they didn't even turn up. When I rang they said they were busy and couldn't get anyone. Would never recommend to anyone

Would not recommend – Lounge suite clean, the job was not completed with some areas not cleaned, or even vacuumed. Some damage was also done to the cushioning. When I made contact to inform of the issues and to arrange for another contractor to come and finish the job, I was informed only the original contractor could come back. So I have since tried to make contact to arrange a date, but no-one has bothered to get back to me. Show details

Amazing result – These guys did a great job. They were very professional, punctual, polite, hardworking, cleaned up everything afterwards and left me with an almost invisible repair, that probably only I would notice. This result, even though my damaged carpet was quite old. I couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them . Don’t waste your time or money – Had 2 stains on my fabric sofa which I mentioned to the phone consultant when booking which is why I wanted the lounge cleaned. The technician arrived and apparently cleaned the lounge and didn’t get any of the stains out. They should have been upfront at the beginning and not proceeded to clean the lounge if they they were unable to remove the stains. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Happy Customer – The technician was friendly, polite and efficient. The carpets came up well and smelling fresh , with all the stains completely gone.

Would give no stars if possible as I got no service – Email booking was relatively simple and I received a booking confirmation email. Took the day off work as booking was from 10am-12pm. At 11.15am I emailed them asking if everything was ok as nobody had arrived. No response. Nobody showed up and now I'm down a days work and still not a word from them.

next-day booking. Really, I should have known that reputable companies often have fair wait-times for services because they are so busy completing work resulting from good reputation. The booking was made for 1pm, and the technicians arrived at 12noon and more or less demanded to start the job early because they were in the area. Two hours were allocated to complete the clean of my 3 seater sofa, chase and arm chair. 25 minutes later, they were packed up and ready to leave. From the service, I noticed a number of concerning things; blotches all over my sofa, my floors and walls flooded with water, AND my sofa and floor mat absolutely drenched with water. I was forced to clean all of this up myself, the floors, the walls, dragging my mat outside to dry and putting fans and heaters on high to speed up the sofa and floor drying process. The technicians did not have anything on hand to clean up the water flooding other than a dirty hand-rag. I noticed more patches of staining which had been missed, a second clean was completed before they left, but many areas were missed because these were dry to touch. They also left grabbing my $200 in cash and refused to provide me with a receipt. I phoned immediately to report the entire situation – the phone rep refused to transfer me to the manager and refused to give me their name. The phone rep advised that the stains would come out after the sofa dries, which was a lie as they have now become worse nearly a week later. The phone rep also said to me if you didn’t take any before photos or photos of the water flooding through my house, then you have no proof of your claims. What the actual #### If the situation wasn’t bad enough, later that day, I was almost electrocuted picking up a power-board near the sofa, unbeknown that it had been sitting on a pile of water from the flooding caused by the technicians. I am so angry over the entire experience, and the lack of care or concern towards what I have been left with…. Only the offer to resend the same technicians to go over my sofa again, which I declined as I am not going through this again! I recently approached a larger upholstery cleaning company showing them the photos of the mess on my sofa that this All Carpets left me with and they said that the staining looks to be resulting from “over wetting from the previous clean”. I am now having the sofa re-cleaned through the other company and feeling annoyed at myself for just grabbing that first enquiry quote provided by All Carpets.

Excellent repair – Prompt, friendly and professional service. Excellent job repairing burnt areas of carpet. Job was done Efficiently and to our satisfaction. Price was reasonable. I would recommend this company. Thank you

Great service – Extremely happy. Excellent turn around from time I submitted online quote to receiving a follow up email then booking. Follow up call to notify change of date (due to lockdown) Prompt & super friendly team. Only criticism is off- cuts put in our green bin. Otherwise terrific.

Stretching of carpets – The gentleman who did the job was presented well was friendly and did a good job, however I feel that the price was too expensive for a 15 minute job.

Cleaning of carpets in two storey townhouse – Fast, efficient and punctual. Technician was very friendly and polite. Did a very good job on the stairs which has not always been the case before. Also forgot to mention a rug in initial booking/quote but technician was very understanding and cleaned the rug for me.

Great job – Quick response to my enquiry. Easily fit into my schedule. Technician was punctual and polite. Did an excellent job of cleaning a couch much used by a young child and a very careful job of cleaning two art deco club chairs. Thank you.

Leather Lounge clean – Even though I clean my leather lounge, having it professional cleaned has made an obvious difference.. very professional gent, polite and friendly.. Would recommend to our friends, also a very quick response form my enquiry..

Excellent service – I had a rug cleaned today. The technician turned up on time and was very polite. The rug now looks brand new again and smells beautiful. So happy with the service. Will definitely use this service again.

thorough check. I asked if I could pay by credit card and he said no so I had to transfer money to an account to pay (this was after we had confirmed with the company beforehand that we could pay by cc). Checked over the couch again once my wife was home to realise that it was still filthy, he had basically just wiped it over with a cloth (leaving streaks of dirt all over and then added some conditioner which I think was a load of crap as it didn't smell any different). Still had crap between seats so obviously didn't even wipe there.

We called the company to convey our disgust at the quality of the clean and they advised they will send the guy back out again, we said we didn't want him to come back out if that's the quality of his work that he's happy with and they said he was the only person available for our area. So he came back out another day and tried again, which was still a terrible job (he obviously doesn't know what he was doing - apparently he is a contractor for their company).

My wife said not to worry about following it up again so we just wrote it down as a loss.

Needless to say we will never use them again and will advise anyone thinking of cleaning their lounges to use someone else. I'll be writing this review everywhere I can

Unhappy customer – Did not vacuum before cleaning, therefore crumbs inbetween cushions. Spent more time chatting up my cleaner!

If I could give a minus 1 score I would – Booked a couch cleaning service 3 weeks ago and arranged for the morning off work. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment so I called and was told it was definitely booked in. An hour later still no show and no phone call. Instead, I get an email to say they won’t be coming and will have to rearrange. Naturally I told them not to bother and arranged it with a local company instead.
