Customer Service is top notch. Matin gave us his recommendation and went out of his way to ensure we are supported in picking the right rug. We wanted 2 rugs for both living areas and All Modern Rugs had great variety as well as online catalog for us to browse before we came into the store.
I had a great experience with All Modern Rugs. The rug looks even better in person and feels really good quality. There were plenty of styles to choose from, and it was easy to find something that suited my home. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was quick. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend All Modern Rugs to anyone looking for a nice rug at a good price.
My current experience with the company matches the recent reviews - SCAM. Still waiting for my rug or any type of communication 4 weeks on. DO NOT purchase from here, I am having to go through a chargeback process with my credit card company to get my money back. STAY FAR AWAY
Follow-up · To the owners credit, he did refund me without any hesitation. He asked that I pay him back if the rug was indeed delivered. It never was. I would not order anything through this company again.

I have bought rugs from All Modern Rugs over 3 times, and all delivered on time and well. baby's clothes and mouth. This definitely didn't fit the description of being ' luxurious soft'. I had to vacuum the rug every few days to prevent us being overcome by the fluff balls, it would clog up the Dyson despite not yet vacuuming the entire 3x4m rug. The rug was extremely unsuitable & frustrating as it added more stress and workload to maintain. I had sent photos and had been emailing their customer service team who was attentive at the start. He stated they would pass on the concern to the supplier and said they would get back to me. It has been 6 weeks and 3 email follow ups and no responses. It is disappointing that the post purchase customer service has let me down. And we have resulted in removing the rug from the living room and purchasing a more suitable rug from another vendor. It would have been great if someone had helped us choose a more appropriate rug and helped come to an arrangement to remove the rug.

So happy with my 2 new rugs from All Modern! Always a risk ordering online but the quality and description of the rugs is exactly as described, beautiful quality and feel at a fantastic price. Speedy to dispatch and deliver too :) Would definitely recommend All Modern!
Fantastic customer service, good rug! – I ordered the fish eye pebbles (100% wool rug) and it was beautiful when delivered but I realised it was a size too small. Matin said he could swap it without any hesitation, and the larger rug was delivered 1 week later. pebbles' looked larger (which was a better look to me). The rug is still of good quality but expect variations across rugs if its handmade. I would recommend this company based on the excellent customer service - it reduces the anxiety from buying rugs online - and its always great to support small local businesses!

Matin kept in constant communication providing notification and receipts of my refund. When the process did not move as quickly Matin expediated the process and funds appeared in my account that day. I was sad about the order not being fulfilled due to shipping however I would not hesitate to buy from this reputable honest company who showed empathy and integrity in their business communication. Great products, prices and service – I have now purchased 2 rugs from All Modern Rugs, both are exceptional quality. The first was delivered in very good time, the second I bought instore. The store owner is super helpful and loaded the rug into my car. I will buy from again :)
