stuffed them alot, they were probably hoping to do the orders but could not fulfill them and then sank. Not a scam, business can be hard.
Avoid this company – Purchased goods online in June 2023 and was told due to flooding shipments would be delayed. It's now July 2024 and I have a feeling I've been had. Avoid this unethical company.

opened I searched for the parts which appeared with the part number and the part clearly displayed along with the price. (what was missing was: available or unavailable) I added them to the cart and placed my order. I received an email informing me of the expected delivery on the 6 January 2023. A follow up email arrived a week later informing me of the expected delivery on the 18 January 2023. After the third follow up email dated 24 January 2023 I began to have doubts about the ability of ALL MOWER SPARES to be able to supply the parts that I had ordered. I then learnt that they had been affected by the floods of October/November, therefore, I decided to wait until the middle of February before emailing them regarding the ability to supply my order. I then received another standard email informing me of a delivery date on the 28 February 2023. There were several more standard delivery emails the last one being 26 March 2023. After I had sent them several emails asking when could I expect the parts to arrive, plus I explained that I have a retail background and that their CUSTOMER SERVICE needed to improve, only then did I receive email communication from them. I eventually went to FAIR TRADING N.S.W who helped with a refund as the was NO SIGN of the parts that I had ordered 4 months back. CONCLUSION: Always look for Customer Reviews regarding the company BEFORE making any ONLINE purchase and I recommend using PayPal to cover your purchase as they are helpful in recovering your money. There is also another method of recovering your money called "Charge Back". It has a 'time-limit' that requires you to be aware of.

lie straight to you, in an attempt to cover their incompetence, regardless of how clearly obvious it is they are.
It was blatantly obvious the part was not only not in stock, it wasn't even in the country! Then after amost a 8 week wait, they send out the package by the slowest 7-10 day economy post.
The only reason these guys are even still in business is because us customers are too busy or lazy to read these reviews 1st. Hopefully this saves a few others from the complete nightmare it is to purchase from this company.

decided to have a bit of luxury and bought a Husqvarna Tractor from Jason - Great machine and very helpful and honest advice from Jason - He even corrected a mistake I made by overpaying which few others would have - I am now 84 and reckon you look after people that have looked after you - AMS has been hit with 2 lots of flooding and genuine parts are in short supply - I remember the Mortein motto and reckon I am on a good thing and I am going to stick to it

Good communication – I ordered a part, they kept communication throughout. The part wasn't going to be sent out for a couple of months which they were honest about and which I saw when I ordered it but it turned up earlier. I couldn't complain about them and would buy from them again. Thankyou AWS.

Complete ripoff company – I was totally disgusted by their service. I too was ripped off after placing an order and no goods. I did try to leave a negative review over a year ago while they weee still operating and I was shocked to receive an email from product review stating that they weren’t going to post as all mowers made a complaint. We will see if this gets postex

Warning All Mower Spares Will Take Your Money And Will Not Send To You The Product Or Refund Your Money Back To You – This company took $31.11 from me on 19 January 2023 for my purchase of mower blades and haven’t sent them or refunded to me my money approaching 9 months.

orders from 26/9/23 when they took over they would try to honour, any previous orders it was up to the customer to contact their bank and try to attempt to recover their costs. In the documentation PKF forwarded be aware that the voluntary administration also applies to C4L Pty Ltd trading as Macarthur Mowers and Machinery and Premium Turf Equipment Pty Ltd. All Mower Spares also trade as Camden Marine & Watersports.
I got ripped off same as everybody else – Ordered on "in stock" part 6 weeks ago, the order sat pending for 3 weeks, then awaiting shipment for 3 more weeks. They took $14 postage for a $16 part, which i thought was over the top. Now nothing web site is gone. I emailed their admin a few times asking for order info, all were ignored. Then i emailed some more asking why they do not reply to emails. They were ignored as well. Goodbye loot and good riddance all mower spares
