Efficient and Friendly – I have found Neill, my Strata manager to be very helpful with all queries.Emails and queries are always answered quickly which is a great plus! He has also been very supportive and fair in situations where committee members have confrontations with other owners and occupants. A down to earth approachable guy.

Appalling customer service – I have been trying to call Dalton Strata Services for the last 3 day only to be told " we will pass on your number and get someone to call you back. I have been waiting for someone to call still. This is not great customer services and I am fed up with no one calling me back about my situation

Unprofessional and slack – It's taken three months to address a subfloor issue that the strata manager originally tried to palm off to me. When an attempt to address it was finally made, I was told that the committee member's partner would look at it. pretty rough patch, I am so very thankful to her efficiency & help in that period and even now she is a great support to me in areas of concern with confidence & knowledge & positive outcomes for our committee, which I am most grateful. Neill's replies to emails are always prompt, and at times when urgent payment of an account is required, it is arranged and paid usually within 24 hours.... unlike our Sydney Managing Agents who insist that they have a payment cycle and cannot bring forward urgent payments. This is not an issue with All Strata, Neill understands that accounts from small business cannot wait until the end of the month to be paid. Unconscionable – I already sent through a review a few days ago, but have not heard anything from Product Review. All Strata Services is unconscionable and unprofessional and refuses to pass on Trust Account details and other financial documents belonging to the owners corporation even though their term of appointment ceased in October 2016.

This is based on:-

1. The best knowledge of Strata Law.

2. The proficiency of handling day to day issues, documentation of owner related information and the management of Annual General Meetings.

3. The response time of phone inquiries which never exceeded 48 hours.

The only negative comment I have is that on occasions service providers made contact with me about slow payment of invoices that had been submitted. These issues usually related to confusion of cut-off dates for payments/cheque runs. Mr Williams was attentive and invariably resolved these issues.

Los 24 – Michelle Malpass of All Strata Tuggerah has been the manager of our units for a short time only but has been so supportive and helpful in all ways. She has been efficient and ready to respond to any query or problem that has arisen. of the Body Corporate Committee I was more than pleased with the way the few problems were solved. All Strata has introduced new software and again as with all software commissioning some problems occurred but all in all it was a smooth transition. I am on two other Body Corporate Committees and being manager by All Strata is a breeze compared to the two others, ( that are run by Real Estate agents). we have 44 townhouses in our complex and it is very difficult to please al the owners but All Strata go a long way to towards satisfying most owners
