Better than others – Alliance were good to deal with the whole way through. They initially may not come across as flash as some other project builders but what they have is honest consultants and display homes very close to the product you will recieve and you should expect. We have recently built with other project builders who have over the top display homes and unless you spend a lot of money and make a million upgrades your house looks nothing like it, can be deceiving unless you know what ur in for. We also feel the house built by Alliance is better quality and had more attention applied to the finishings, very important to me, I am picky. I can't believe I'm the first one to get on here and love Alliance Homes – I think anyone looking for a good builder should know how happy I am that I built my house with Alliance Homes in Brisbane. I moved in about 5 months ago and can't believe how many compliments I get from everyone who visits. I loved the display home when I first saw it at North Lakes and I think mine looks just as good now that the pool and the landscaping is finished - my consultant even helped me change the plan to suit my block so everything looks out onto the pool. Although I had built before with another builder, everything was very easy and quick this time in comparison - even thought I was pregnant and had been really worried about the stress of building again. They helped me get all the things I wanted in my budget, including my beautiful timber front door and my fancy taps :)I would definitely build with them again except I hope I live here forever. I kept coming back to the display because I knew it was the perfect design for my family, even though other builders had designs that were not too different. But when I did my research on the other builders and compared what was actually included with the price I was so happy that Alliance was the best value. They even gave me really good advice on how to do the things I was looking after myself.

I love alliance too!! – Exceptional customer service, the directors and foreman were absolute professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely fair with disputes and we gained much respect for this company throughout the process. I have since built with Chelbrooke as Alliance did not offer the design flexibility required for our second build and the experience of that company was absolutely appauling and made me really value the experience that Alliance provided for our first home build. Great job [name removed] who is the director obviously leads a very professional workplace and his integrity filters down through all liasons with Alliance.
