Briffa can straighten rims – Had two rims with similar slight flat spots in them. Took one to Alliance and one to Briffa Engineering. up before arriving home to make sure that if I needs to take it back that I complained immediately so they would except me bringing back my car for them to check over there work to make sure it was done 100% correctly, when I did call them the receptionist(lady in the office) was so rude that when I was talking to her about the problem I had with there job she just cut me off while I was talking and gave the phone to someone else instead of letting me know to hold while she put me through to someone else, anyway the person I spoke to was supposedly the person that did my repair job on my rim so I was trying to explain to him the problem I had with my rim that was still occurring after them repairing my rim and the guy was virtually dis-dis-beleiving me and was trying to talk himself out of excepting any responsibility of the job that it might of not been done properly because all I wanted was to take my car back to them for the rim to be checked so the conversation carried on with the repairer and he just kept on justifying that it wasn't them, he even told me that the problem wasn't the rim it was with my car even after I told him that just a few weeks before taking my car to them I took it to the BMW dealership in Burswood for a complete over-haul to go over my car with a fine tooth comb to see if I had any problems with it and they even gave me a written report and they said my car is absolutely perfect, there was nothing wrong with my car but in the report they did mention that I had a buckle in one of my rims and this is what I tried to explain to the rim repairer on the phone but he did not want a bar of what I was saying to him and kept on mentioning to me that it wasn't there problem it was with my car, what can I say I was so disappointed in the service I received and all I can say is I DO NOT recommend anyone taking there car to Alliance Rim Repairs in Malaga, they are not a professional business and would not know the first thing about customer service!!!

A repeat offender's review – Tyre fitter took a particular dislike to one of four BMW run flat rims repaired back in January. a third time and Alliance fitted the tyre, for obvious reasons. Mark assisted with a damage report and repair costs were reimbursed by tyre fitter. Moral of the story, Trust Alliance with your precious rims but be careful which tyre fitter you use, particularly with run flat tyres. Once again excellent work by Mark and the boys at Alliance. So my original opinion still goes - highly recommend.

BMW mag repairs – I had four BMW mags repaired which had some bad kerb rash. Absolutely no issues with Alliance so highly recommend.

Alliance Rim Repair fixed my cracked rim – I had a cracked rim and went go get a quote. The price might have been a tad higher than other places, but I think they did an excellent job welding and repainting the damaged area. It took about a fortnight which was the quoted time of 13 days. The two blokes I dealt with were friendly and approachable. So all in all I'm happy.

Fantastic. Friendly, helpful and can not fault them! – I can not fault the team at Alliance. They were all friendly, helpful and did a great job repairing my rims. The lady in the office was very helpful and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend Alliance.

By far the best in the west – the best and by far the only real rim repair company in perth. Mark has been around for years and will always be the top gun at what he does. For all the crubs who are whinging in this forum i have personally dealt with alliance on many occasions and the outcome is always perfect. Stop your whinging

Over Delivered – I contacted Alliance to have my existing rims machined and tyres put on the 23 December. With skelton staff available and booked up with work they said the wheels could be available after 15:00 on 24 December or it would be in the new year. They phoned on the 24th at 12:00 and said wheels could be picked up. Thanx - worked well for me.

Superb Customer Service – Perth is not renowned for it's customer service so it's refreshing to see a business turn this on its head. Response time for initial quote, repair work, follow up all A1 - disappointing to see others on this page not have the same experience.

great – Not sure why poor reviews on this page I found these guys to be very professional and did a fantastic job welding machining and repainting my hsv rim cost $242 other places quoted up to 500 dollars with some just wanting to bog up the gutter rash. Very happy would recommend

Overpriced and terrible customer service – I popped in and asked for a quote to repair and re paint 4 HSV Wheels. I found there pricing at least 300-400 more than any other quote for the same work, and they really seemed an arrogant bunch, i got a great job done elsewhere at a cheaper price, haha

The worst Customer Service EVER ! – Needed some simple repair work on one 4x4 rim, consequently Alliance could not perform the repair so they contracted it out. heated discussion he would not take responsibility for the service he was paid for, and then grabbed me and throw me out of the shop.

Totally unacceptable, in return I had to find another company to fix the damage what Alliance/contractor had created. And found that the original work carried out by Alliance was totally rubbish and unbalanced the wheel.

Thank goodness Swan Tyres did a fantastic job of repairing the damage and the refurb of the wheel created by Alliance.

Warning to ALL please do not use Alliance, they do not stand by there work or commitments. Expect to be paid prior to seeing the finished product, and all in all have the worse customer service i have ever witnessed. They deserve to go out of business.

Poor quality repairs, Worst service – Wheels were taken in for repair and paint. The quality of the repair was extremely poor. When I questioned the poor quality of the repair they couldn't care less, didn't offer to redo them were not interested at all , all they did was argue .The attitude of the staff is shockingly bad, rude and arrogant .I paid for the poor work done and took the wheels to another wheel repair shop and had to get alliances poor quality work redone.

response from the "gentleman" i spoke to was "why would i paint the lip black? They were painted exactly how you asked".

Basically he refused to accept he missheard or forgot what i asked for. After all, why would i ask for wheels to be painted a colour that i don't even like? Not to mention the initial quote i got for the job was 1 week (the wheels were to be picked up on a thursday from my workshop.) I didn't heard a peep from them until the following tuesday when i got a call saying they'd been picked up that morning and asking (for the 3rd time) "what i wanted done with the wheels".

The initial quote i was given was also suddenly a little more when it came time to pay. And to fix their mistake they quoted me another week just to paint the wheel's outer lip to match the rest of the wheel. I asked for their manager to call me back, and never received a call. (a week later i'm writing this). Will never go here again, i wouldn't even let them fix the mistake for free at this point, i'd rather pay somebody else as i don't trust them.

Lastly they were overpriced (which i didn't mind paying as i had heard good things from friends). I could have bought a replica full set of wheels in the colour i wanted for what i paid them to paint and fix mine. Machining was of decent quality Horrible service, Price missquoted, Almost a week late picking the wheels up, Mucked the job up

Great job! – My rims were fixed and looked absolutely perfect when they had finished. They charged me less to get the rims fixed than it costs to get new ones. Great service and friendly staff who listen to what you want. I would most definitely come back here again. They were great.

Over Priced and Bad ethics – Charged for tyres, which weren't asked for as they said the Continental sport tyres were worn to the markers. brand new battery was confirmed as flat due to the lights being left on.

The rim repair finish was top notch. But will never ever recommend this shop to anyone due to their lack of respect and stupid pricing. D- Wheels came back looking great Over priced. Wouldn't release car until they replaced the tyres, charged almost 150% more for a cheap set of tires than could be found elsewhere. Car was driven. Battery was flat on arrival as lights were left on after unauthorised drive.
