Bhaumik did a great deep cleaning. He was a very patient man.
The cleaner was consistently late, did a poor job, and left early. Her boss came and corrected her behaviour, after which she stayed almost the whole time and did a much better job, even if her attitude was passive aggressive afterward. I didn't enjoy the experience so I left. The person on the phone tried to suggest I should have brought it up earlier as they were unaware due to her entering the wrong times in her records. They won’t leave me alone. I have repeatedly told them I want nothing to do with them but the harassment is out of control. Stop contacting me. Enough is enough. Leave me alone.

The worst, don't use them – The male and female were booked for a 6 hour spring clean, the boss had told me the list they would clean. They were nearly an hour late abd took nearly an hour lunch and tgought it was part of the 6 hours. They barely did anything, example the man spent 3 hours in our tiny bathroom and left it so filthy. the job, but then packed up and said oh well the next cleaners can finish the job. I was charged $280 for carpet cleaning even though the website charges $130. The man didn't want to do it, I had to keep telling him to do the job, he was so sulky and lazy with it. They then charged hundreds of extra dollars, telling me that I had agreed to it.
Don't hire especially for those who don't have a voice – Not very clean at all and charge for hours they don't work

Their advertising is good, the service is APPALLING! – My experience was horrendous. I had one female, one male. Booked them for 3 hours which equated to 1.5hrs with 2 ppl working. They claim to dust, wipe over, leave the kitchen sink & stove top sparkling and the recycling bin empty but OMG.....they didn't deliver anything remotely like this. nothing like their blurb says. Have a look at the photos. These weren't taken BEFORE they arrived, this is how my kitchen was LEFT. Mind you, there's only one tiny kitchen/family room, one toilet and one bedroom to tidy up in 3 hours. I don't know how they have positive reviews on their Facebook page, unless they get friends to write them and don't publish the negative feedback. The result was appalling, and I'll never engage their "services" again, nor recommend them to anybody. They state they have "professional, highly skilled, experienced cleaners" but clearly they're clueless. The company should demonstrate what proper "house cleaning" entails and provide exactly what they guarantee!! Disgusting job, absolutely foul.
