I've been very happy with Gislani's cleaning services. She is always punctual, communicates well, and consistently does a fantastic job. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, and I can always rely on her to leave the house looking spotless. Gislani is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough cleaner.

i decided to give this mob a go and am disappointed with the service i received. The cleaner i was allocated stated the shower floor was clean, when it wasn't and then tried to tell me they are permanent markings, i beg to differ, however when i made her clean it, guess what the marks came off, the coverings on my furniture were not straightened… Read more

out, areas were missed for dusting like the bedroom and lounge-room, mirrors were done but only after i had to keep reminding her, did not empty the bins and put fresh bin liners in,spent more time on the phone than actually doing her work, i am paying for a service and i expect a level of service, i have a standard of clean and if someone claims they have cleaned, then it should be clean, wont be using this mob again, going back to my old cleaner, at least after they did it, the house looked clean..... and amongst all that deliberately took her time just so i had to pay extra, i had to keep checking to see what she was doing, that should not be my role.......... overall a very disappointing experience,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i located the list of what was supposed to be done according to their website. I paid for the 2hours, charged way too much for the service provided....... Cancelled 3x at the last minute (1-2 hr before the job starts)!! – Cancelled 3x at the last minute (1-2 hr before the job starts)!! We rely heavily on cleaners, so if they don't come and at the very last minute, our lives are disrupted! And it was disrupted! To note: The cleaners and the agency were professional and polite. When the cleaners came, they did the job properly. But 3x cancellations, at the last minute, in the span of 2-3 months, is too much. Show details

Terrible clean – We went with this company as we needed to have our house cleaned urgently. The cleaner arrived on time which was the only good thing they provided. We really wanted this to work and made the cleaner as comfortable as possible, but it was just abysmal - incredibly unprofessional and not skilled. I would not recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with our cleaner, Rhoda! She was so lovely, friendly and easy to communicate with, and did such a thorough job cleaning our home. She was really efficient with her time but still paid attention to all the little details. Rhoda was also great with my dog, which I really appreciated. 2nd time booking a one-off clean. Our cleaner Rosario did an excellent job on the bathroom, kitchen and laundry, and our tricky to clean shower is sparkling!
