accepted 25% less than I would have paid - great work Tony I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with him or that he deserved a cent of commission on the property.

Avoid at all costs – Unprofessional and horrendous service. Don't answer or return calls from either prospective purchasers or vendor, say they have off market buyers when they don't and over estimates what you will get for your property to get the listing, then when you get much lower offers asks you why you think you are getting them and tells you to take it. Avoid at all costs!

Extremelly unprofessional – No one from this firm returns phone calls, receptionist extremely rude and hung up on me after yelling at me information that was proven incorrect on their part. Tony is extremely condescending and became upset when I refused to sign an unconditional contract.

Evil liar samantha – MADE PURCHASING our home from samantha a nightmare she's a liar and just doesn't care never retun calls and very rude and unpleasant and unprofessional stay away from this people don't know how their still operating.

a plant box outside his office for the new owners to pick up. Would not recommend this lot to anyone .

Don’t waste your time – Enquired about a house for sale and the admin team took a message to pass on to the agent. The agent never returned my calls or emails. When I finally got through to the agent they lied about the house’s availability, as it had actually been taken off the market but they told me otherwise. Told me they would get back to me and never did. Complete waste of my time and effort.

Time wasters – Samantha had arranged an inspection for a unit at Camden Park to which we went to. She came informing us that the inspection was cancelled as the tenant in the property had a cold. She promised to contact us with a new inspection date. We now found out that this property is under contract. She never bothered to contact us again and we now believe that she had an interesting offer just before the inspection. Unprofessional.

I love the effort and attention – Samantha put in a lot of effort to sell my mother's house. I am always accessible to answer questions and offer guidance. Please do not hesitate to hire Samantha, Samantha, and Tony the Auctioneer for real estate services.

issues, 1 that the for sale sign was left up without a even a sold sticker for a couple of weeks after I had moved in, to their credit the moment I mentioned it, the sign was removed within 24hours and there was no remote left for the garage door left with the property, which may not have been their fault but I would have liked to have been informed. Overall though genuinely a great process with a professional and friendly agency. A special mention should also go out to Renee on the front desk who was welcoming, personable and a lovely person to deal with.

Great service – Tony and Samantha worked hard to achieve the satisfactory sale of our home. We requested a private sale, and they only brought through genuine buyers in our price range. We found them to be friendly and professional , and were excellent negotiators.

Samantha and Tony are both all talk, and Tony is really an aggressive bully, communicates when he wants and how he wants. I would not recommend them at all, my entire experience after I signed the contract was negative.

Vendor Beware!!! Not showing up on scheduled open inspection, didn't reply to calls, texts, emails – Not showing up on scheduled open inspection, didn't reply to calls, texts, emails. Google's review seems I'm not the only one experienced these. Not sure how they are going to help the Vendor to sell with this type of attitude. Definitely not gonna let them sell my house in the future.

Great customer service – The team at alpha were very professional and handled my scenario well with a positive outcome. I would recommend them.

He should be reported as people like that give the industry a bad name.

possible. We were told it will be unfair for other buyers, come at open when we declare on realestate.com.au and when we visit on open inspection, we are told we had an offer because of private inspection they had two days ago. how pathetic is that Tony!!!

On occasion, we asked for the offer form and we were not given because they want us to put offer there and than!!! Their excuse was they are showing owner offers that night and they pretty much wanted no one else gets opportunity unless they do it there and than.

Very rude, pushy and unprofessional. We are pretty much avoiding all properties where they are agents.

One buyer might not deter them but i have couple more people who has shared similar experiences.

Great service and results – Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He did everything he could to sell my property considering I only gave him a 2 week window to do so. I was very impressed with the price we obtained. It was what we were wishing for, but honestly thought we would never get. I would like to thank Tony for a great job. I would also like to mention Samantha, she was also fantastic with communicating. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Sold on first open – I found Alpha Residential agents and staff very friendly and easy to get on with. Our home was sold after the first open, and the price was even a little higher then our target. Very smooth.
