Something I really liked was that there was no questionnaire this time but instead Jon had a proper meeting with me for over an hours and asked me a lot about my career, the types of jobs I was interested in and my concerns with my old resume. He uncovered all sorts of things I would have never thought to include in my resume and ultimately created me a new resume and cover letter that really were exceptional.

I then used Alpha Resumes the following week afterwards for an interview preparation session and am so glad I did because it gave me so much more confidence before I attended my interview, so much so that I immediately landed a great new role with a big marketing company after my first interview. I am absolutely convinced that Jon's help was invaluable to making this happen.

The job was a 2 week end to end service as I told that I needed to apply for some job applications. I was not able to wait long. I was promised the documents in 2 weeks. The CV was a 90 % cut and paste job.

The quality of the work and the Platinum/ Manager Level Resume Services and Consultation was a let down and a disaster.

I wasted $667.50, until I had to recover my money back.

Finally I lost $167.50, as I received a $500.00 refund after 3 months.... and no job yet!!

The outcome was of such a poor standard, as it was not an executive style CV, written by a so called professional CV writer.

Ask for examples of his work before you pay any fees or cash!!!
