THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OF AVAILABILITY OR REGULARITY OF WORK. Yet people go ahead anyway and then blame the agent when the client doesn’t select them, and yes for some people this happens for the duration of their registration. People seek agencies and expect everything for free, no one forces you to join, this industry is a luxury not a necessity. No agency will work for you for free, the fees charged are for a service including establishing your photos and other tools to get you out there as best they can. Your agent is your middle man not the client. It’s the client who decides if they want you or not.If clients aren’t selecting you then what reason would they have to contact you ? Unlike most agencies Luxe has a physical office you can walk into and have an actual discussion with the agents, funny how most people just go online to have their say instead. If you don’t agree with how the agency is run simply spare everyone the negativity and don’t join.

Eventually, I started applying on my own and, with just a few emails — and no fees — I was selected for a project. This experience made it clear to me that Lux Management did not provide the service they promised. In my opinion, they are unprofessional and unreliable. wanted to believe it was real. I decided to support him and just like hundreds of others, he never got a call or a message. As soon as they took the $450, arranged a ‘photo shoot’ a month later that was it. It is disgusting how these people are allowed to scam people under false pretences, specially those under 18 yrs of age. Disgusting!

It's a scam, take heath of the negative reviews! – Long time with them, no work, no communication. Reached out and got the standard "it's your opinion" comment that everyone is getting. They don't care about who you are, you're just another number for them. Don't waste $500 for 2 years. Make an account on Casting Networks and do the job yourself.
