Alulu for the swimwear win – Fabulous fabulous fabulous !! This brand seems to nail it every time. Definitely works with a range of sizes and shapes. Provides structured tops for shapely gals, and bottoms that either offer cover or are a bit cheeky. I have not idea how many times I’ve found a winner. Magnificent Meilani – I’m a repeat purchaser of the Meilani swim pant, Seriously have at least 6 pairs in various colours and prints. top is an absolute game changer for me personally. I mix up my colours and prints or sometimes just the full set one colour which is very close to looking like a full piece. A Very streamlined slimming look.

Great fit – This is my fourth swimsuit by Allulu & the fit and support is as great as all of my other swimsuits. I particularly like the circle cups used in the bodice as they give great form & support. As I am a size 16 with a D size cup, this swimsuit provides me with confidence as a beach goer. Show details

Gorgeous print and style – I love the calla top, it's such a flattering style and provides just the right amount of coverage. I like that it doesn't have underwire support so it feels more comfortable, but still provides adequate support. The Zulu print is bright and versatile and can pair with lots of different bottoms.

Never Again – I ordered and paid for a number of items on 12/11/24. There was no information provided by ALULU regarding the lengthy wait time when I made the purchase. I received delivery of the items on 28/1/25. I feel the standard of workmanship to be quite poor, they are ill fitting, overpriced and will not be worn. Terrible shipping timeframes and customer service – Do not order if you want timely delivery. Alulu has terrible customer service and delivery timeframes. I ordered 2 pairs of swimmers on the 7th January for express delivery. Their shipping policy notes up to 5 days for dispatch. After 1 weeks and no dispatch I emailed to query delivery. swim wear at their end and they would be processed end of week. I note here I had ordered for an overseas trip 3 weeks from order date and the shipping policy would indicate I had plenty of time. After hearing nothing that week I emailed again at the start of this week as it was clear that I would not receive them on time. I asked to cancel my unfulfilled order but they refused as it was a 'pre order'. There was no indication on their website or any of my emails that I had made a pre order. I emailed again indicating such and quoting their shipping policy. I have not received a response but 2 days later I have received a dispatch notice. I will be returning the swimmers on receipt (once I return from my trip).

Working through issues – My order has not been shipped after 3 weeks. I repeatedly followed up requesting a refund which was continuously ignored until I threatened to go to fair trading. Since this, the business has offered a refund and apologised for the miscommunication. It is disappointing that I had to go to these extremes to get some action but I am glad the business has acknowledged their fallbacks and are trying to rectify the issues moving forward.

Terrible customer service – Terrible customer service. I ordered on the 8th September, and with no delivery notification received after 3 weeks, I emailed them. No response the first email. I had a response to the second email, eventually, saying they did not have what I ordered in stock. They wanted me to choose something else, or wait until December - which is 4 months… Read more

from when I ordered. I have now been ghosted because I asked for a refund. Given these are not cheap, I expect better service and communication. I will never order again.

What's not to love?! – Love the fit, the style, the colour - I mean, what's not to love! I wanted a slim fit - size calculator suggested US10/AU14, and it was definitely spot on :) The material is great quality and doesn't feel overly thin like some other brands. I now have the Maha and Calla tops, and 2 of the Meilani pants. To top it all off, the ethos of the company is what sends it to 5 stars for me. Poor experience with this site. Buyer beware – The suit I ordered came in very dull shades of yellow and white, that look nothing like the photo. I contacted "customer service" which said "so sorry but you only get a credit for our site". I objected due to the poor advertising and was promised that they'd reconsider and get back to me which didn't happen. This company practices in deceptive advertising and very poor customer service. Not what I expected – The swimmer bottoms I bought sat very differently on the body than in the stock photos. I emailed them to ask if they’d possibly been mixed up with another design and they asked me to send photos, which I did and I’ve never heard from them again despite trying to follow up.
