I have done my absolute best to follow all the instructions very carefully on how to wash and dry them.

I have had this same problem with a similar company and was sick of having to go back and forth as their products didn’t live up to what they had promised.

For the amount of money you guys charge for underwear it’s highly disappointing that these are doing the same.

I am truly at a loss here. I have no idea what we are doing wrong, I definitely will be passing on these products too as I don’t have the time or money to be constantly replacing these items.

The only thing that I would say was alright was the customer service. They responded to my concerns efficiently and even offered me a discount code (didn’t work on the website btw)

put them on I was going to like them. The support they give my frank and beans is instant and you feel it. Far more superior and noticeable than any other underwear I’ve tried. I’ve now been wearing these for 2 weeks and I don’t bother with my other brand anymore. I’ve now gone on and ordered plenty of pairs to replace my other branded underwear.

I should also add that no matter if you order 1 pair, it is still despatched fast and with tracking (the other brand doesn’t give you tracking and takes over a week to receive).

My only criticism is that the colour range is quite vast, but the main favourable colours are available. Hopefully in time they will release new colours like Red, Purple, Yellow or something way out there.

I struggle to find comfy undies, I have bigger than average legs for my overall physique, so it's a nightmare finding good undies, and can comfortably say these are the best I have ever tried, no chafing and very little to no riding up the legs, I can't feel the stitching, seams or tags either (and I bloody notice these on my other undies so that is an achievement in itself!). You beauty, I finally found some seriously comfy undies. Just note, despite the leg sizes currently advertised on their charts, you can definitely fit bigger legs than the chart suggests (e.g. my mid length undies with size chart opening of 40.5cm are wrapped around a 66cm circumference thigh, and are comfortable).

Not recommend – Would not recommend, elastic has stretched and material showing signs of pilling, only purchased 2 months ago (made bulk purchase due to the discount)

they start to fall apart just after warranty expires – I purchased 6 pairs and they all started to disintegrate soon after the warranty expired. Phone calls and emails not returned and eventually told they have no quality issues despite seeing the photos I sent. Will never buy them again as they are expensive and don't last

Finally Found the Perfect Boxer Briefs – I test ordered a pair of mid length boxer briefs and loved everything except the length. Just ordered 5 pairs of the long leg boxer briefs and I’m sure they will be perfect. The contour pouch is awesome. The waist band doesn’t roll over and the legs don’t ride up. YEARS, thanks to these undies, but thought I should get some new ones finally and I’ve tried the ‘big name’ brands before but they ALWAYS fall apart and leave me with chafing. I wear the long ones so that’s all I can vouch for but with the Tackle undies, their durability is insane as I don’t think I’ve had to buy any for at least 2 years!!! I never have to adjust them during the day and I never think about them as I never feel them on me!! To top it all off, they’re Aussie owned and cheaper than those ‘big brands’ so I’m happily about to order 15 newbies!!!

I choose to throw them out as I did contact them, but it seems you have to send two emails to get a response.

It was just not worth the effort to contact them and arrange shipping, their service, getting back to you and then the product is totally useless.

It comes in small black plastic bags, just cheap all round.

I don't purchase much online, but usually you get an invoice, emails on shipments updates and the product is good and you get responses to your emails.

I implore you to look at other brands, there is so many out there. I was looking forward to getting these but it has been a huge disappointment on EVERY term.

They deserve a 0, as there is nothing positive that I can say of them.
