Still taking money website is not active – Ordered pet food for dog on 29th Dec while on holidays from petamaru.com, website took the money but I received no product. DO NOT BUY from them. The business is closed but the online site is excepting orders and is still taking money. Reporting to Fair Trading. As a pensioner I can not afford to lose $90. Now not sure what to do.

Still scamming – I didn’t see the reviews before I purchased as the site was called petamaru or petamaroo. Take your pick. Same deal. Money taken no product. There was no PayPal option on that site either. So obviously nothing has been done to shut them down. Avoid at all costs.

MASSIVE SCAM!!! – They are still selling online but are permanently closed....So taking your money and not delivering or replying to messages. Shut this site down!!!!!

Total scam – I wish I had read the reviews. Ordered and payed for a 20 kg bag of dog food. Amaroo sent a email saying it was being dispatched and provided a tracking number but can't track it. I have tried with various transport companies with no luck. I have been unable to contact them. Looks like they're ripping people off. Payed with PayPal so I guess my next step is to open a dispute. Do not use this company. They're collecting money for nothing.

Do Not Order from here – I’m so upset with a new puppy and NO food delivered. This company has shut down Do Not order from here :(

Fraud – Should have checked reviews before ordering, website is now shut and online orders not honoured, have opened PayPal dispute. Stay away

Business has shut down but website still taking your money – Stay away from this site. The website is still up. My fault for not doing due diligence, and hopefully PayPal can sort it out. But seriously - buyer beware on this one.

Didnt recieve order – We waited 17 days and didn't recieve our order. Thankfully we found another business pet food leaders that was able to give us free and fast shipping out to Dalby. Seriously do not buy from this site it doesn't work

Close this site down – I ordered a 20kg bag of dog food never got shipped , no contact from business phone disconnected I read all these reviews afterwards and seems I’m not the only one . Pay Pal today have awarded a win in my favour and luckily I’ll Get my refund from them, I feel for anyone who didn’t pay via PayPal tho. These guys are closed but still taking money! Absolutely appalling.

Still taking orders even though they have permanently closed! – Ordered pet food - been over 2 weeks with no tracking details sent. I've followed up via email - no reply. Tried to call, phone number disconnected. Turns out they have permanently closed and still taking money from people (looks like lots of others have had this issue too!). Have lodged a claim with Paypal.

Closed for business still taking people's money – I ordered dog food from this online business 2 weeks ago. I have emailed them and tried to call them but have had no luck getting through to them! I have contacted Paypal and hopefully get my money back. But wow they are apparently closed for business and still taking people's money!

Pathetically dishonest – Close your website!!! I placed an order 1st May twenty days later still no delivery and no response to any of my queries.... I have lodged a dispute with PayPal along with everyone else! Not happy!!!

Store appears to closed down no service - took money though – I bought $100 worth of product two weeks ago and haven't heard a word. If you search for the business, it says permanently closed. PayPal investigating.

Complete sham – I purchased dog food a week ago. Have received nothing. I have sent three emails and have heard nothing. I am very upset as I have now nearly run out of dog food and have to spend another $100 buying it elsewhere. I will be complaining to PayPal.

Do not order from pet amaroo – We put in an order 3 weeks ago and followed up with an email 2 weeks later. Still no word from them. Putting this up for people thinking of buying at this store as when I bought there were no current reviews.

SCAM! – Wish I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase . Google searching dog food showed me their supposed product and clickong took me straight to the site (petamaroo.com) where I made the purchase. I received no confirmation or invoice. Scam Beware – This company has closed down however they are still taking orders and payment via their site. Their phone line has been disconnected, no response to emails and when I posted a complaint on their FB page they took the page down, however their website is still live. I have logged with Bank Fraud department.

Avoid , it's a scam – I have purchased a dog food for our pet . The item hasn't been delivered , the phone is disconnected and the merchant doesn't respond to emails . Opened a dispute with a cc company . Please make sure to avoid this business - it's a a scam .

Great product , the worst delivery – The product is great but you pay for delivery and the delivery company (fast ways ) ring you and tell you they don't deliver and will leave it a a service station so you have a to drive thirty kl to deliver it yourself, and the delivery company are rude and could not careless,there answer is what do you want them to do .plus the company America pets answer is well we will pick it up and refund you not what they contracted to get it delivered

INCREDIBLE!!! – OMG these guys are amazing!!! Delivery is so super quick!!! another reason, other than my order, and they are just really super helpful and friendly. I can't see why anyone would shop for animal products anywhere else...no matter where you live. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I really like the little personal messages they put at the end of the invoice :).

A1 Service and Prices – First order Drontal, ordered pm received in Brisbane am next day. Second order Black Hawk grain free 20kg for dogs, ordered Friday received following Monday. Outstanding best price compared to both retail and online. Well know pet store Browns Plains same product $46.00 dearer. Sorry I didn't know about Amaroo Pet earlier for my 2 dogs and 3 cats.

Best price and amazing delivery – I have just recently stumbled across Amaroo Pet. And all I can say is amazing. Their prices are exceptionally better then other online store and major retailer. The best part is the delivery, I ordered a bag of dry dog food on Tuesday at 2.30 and it arrived before midday Wednesday. I will be one that keeps going back.
