DO NOT BUY FROM AMART - The store isn't the issue, it's the after care. After collecting my faulty lounge as per my last review. And finally speaking to someone who understood what I was telling them I was assured a technician would call me. I emailed a day later - still no response. I've called again to be told the technician isn't answering his phone but he had a system malfunction and all of his jobs were wiped, but then went on to tell me that she can see he contacted them via message the day prior but no one has looked at that message and this is a whole 24hrs later. After I asked her a couple of more ?'s I was told it was an Amart wide malfunction. When I asked her to clarify I was told it was just the one technician. I had also emailed the day prior as on Monday I was told the tech would call me "shortly" he was advised Monday by the person I spoke with. I was told my email received no response as yet as it can take 24 - 48hrs as I then go back to the bottom of the list. There must be so many faulty items sold there that it can take a company that long to respond to an email. So once the techs system went down not even a courtesy call - or send him his jobs via email etc. Nothing - just nothing

Total rubbish . Refund denied – Purchased bonza lounge with chase from campbelltown store . After delivery and unpacking it was found lounge material was covered in stains . Lounge was replaced and replacement had more stains than the first . Contacted warranty and they sent out their professional appraisal person , a lounge cleaning representative who decided that its ok to sell stained products to unsuspecting customers. Still being refused a refund for the defective goods . Next step ACCC ... would recommend anybody shopping with this company
