just under 3 years old we are having to cover the lounge with a blanket, as it is so bad and we are embarrassed for visitors to sit on the lounge when they come to visit us. When we queried the store after we had had it two years and 4 months about a refund/fixing/replacing they said sorry it's out of warranty and nothing can be done about it! We are not happy as you think this item would last longer for the price which was just over $1700 including the Leather Protection that was sold to us and obviously has not worked.
The peeling Looks disgusting and horrible even though we have looked after it very well. After reading many reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problems with these items. I would have expected much better for the price we paid and we are very disappointed in the overall quality. We now have to buy a new lounge as the peeling gets caught on our clothes and over the floor every time we sit on the couch. We feel it is reasonable to expect that a lounge last longer than 3 years, fabric included. Having seen other reviews on this lounge maybe this is a product you should not be importing as it is terrible quality and doesn’t do your reputation any good.

Bonded leather is a disgrace! – We purchased a large lounge from Super A Mart for $2200 in 2010. It is now a peeling crumbling terrible mess! What a terrible waste of my hard earned money on a lounge that should have lasted 20 years! I know this has happened to many others so why don't we do something?
