hate being lied to
Got into store and found the click - clack sofa bed I wanted.
Was promised one week.
Did not get it for 6 weeks.
I was the one who had to keep following up with them about it.
poor customer service.
After all of it I asked for free delivery and was rejected because apparently I was never told one week.
Will never shop here again and I tell everyone I know not to either.
Good furniture, bad service
Too many young girls that need more experience. Couldn’t help us with what we were wanting, especially when it comes to measurements and want to know if what we are buying fits.
We ended up asking for the furnitures measurements that we were purchasing and then going home and working it out for ourselves. Apart from that, lovely furniture.

Worst quality ever! Sometimes you can feel the wood against your back sitting on it. Already had a recliner Spring replaced, now another part of couch is broken and another recliner part has broken in it! Most likely have to buy another new couch soon
Not even a year old!
When this falls apart I will not be buying another couch/lounge from amart
My partner and I held a $400 store credit with our local amart store after a change of mind on an item. Upon entering the store this afternoon, 4 staff were standing around talking. We were not greeted or even looked at. After walking around the store for 15 minutes, still not being acknowledged, we had found and entertainment unit to the value of $499 along with a few bedside tables. We then had to approach a staff member in which we felt we were "interrupting" their little chat. The man barely wanted to help us and when asking if he would be ...able to do a deal of $400 on the entertainment unit to match our credit, his response was he could take $20 max off the price. So we decided to get our money back (in which the salesmen was more than happy to do) and walk out not spending a cent. We will not be shopping here again!

Requested to be delivered in the afternoon when I ordered my furniture and they said it was fine.
Confirmed delivery & time through text & email.
Also called a day before delivery date to confirm again.
But apparently that's not enough ! Because they had no notes of these . The delivery man said he was coming at 11 am. The store also called and pretty much said too bad because they are busy. Had to call the store 3 time's to sort this out .
Worst customer service and down right rude. They said i could pick it up. Um no i paid for delive...ry , so deliver it ! requested a time for a reason !!! I have to book the lift with my building and flying in from out of town. Which was stated at time of purchase. I had it in writing that they were told about the delivery time. Dumb and dumber....seriously
Annoyed Daily By Staff After Spending Money In Their Store. Well Never Again!
Good service whilst in store spending good money. Brought a couch worth a few thousand, we told that staff member we needed a few weeks cause our house wasn't ready, he told us it would be a few weeks anyway. I paid in full was happy. Well 4 days later, I get a call "Hi your couch is ready." I was in hospital I told them that, "Oh can someone pick out up for you?" I said give me a week to work out a pick up and were to put it, as our house wasn't ready that's why we told the guy from the start we needed a few weeks, he lied to get a sale and ev...eryday I get a call from the store, "Hi it's so and so from super Smart have you got a pick up date yet?" I'm thinking about telling them to stick it and get a refund. #Not a good service yes I know they need stock out of there store but he should not have lied to me! #Should of lay by it not brought it then and there but didn't think I'd get harassment daily from staff.
Very poor customer service
I very recently visited your new store in Shepparton. I was there to look at a dining suite with the possibility of an outdoor setting and 2 sofa beds.
I found the staff were practically indifferent to us. When we enquired about certain items we were waved on to sections with no help or assistance offered. I am currently in a moon boot and on crutches, so obviously was not there to simply browse. I was there for a purpose.
After spending at least half an hour there my partner and I left in disgust.
I doubt I'll be back.
The reason for my review is not related to product quality, but quality of service, which is the first step in customer service.
Will Never Shop at Super Amart Again!!
The salesperson stated the set of drawers comes assembled - lied.
I ordered a coffee table and lamp table - I travelled 30 minutes to pick up from store and when I got them home, they were not the items I ordered.
When I called the store and spoke to the Store Manager he insinuated I made the mistake as I signed off on the order.
Organised to have the goods picked up, and they had given the wrong address to their driver.
Just looking at all the reviews - Super Amart you should be disgusted with your Customer Service. Your sales people don't listen to their customers. I have been in the Customer Service Industry for over 20 years and have seen a downturn in genuine Customer Care. I will never shop at super Amart again.
