Warranty not honoured – We purchased a lounge suite back in December 2023. We were told that we had to wait until March 2024 before the furniture arrive. It was not until May. Not good. the 5 year warranty to fix the fault. So, go somewhere else to purchase your furniture. Not a very customer service experience.
