THEY ARE FAKE, do not order from them as I have learned from myself. they just scam you and take your money.

I am extremely disappointed with this brand and honestly feel scammed. I placed my order on 8th September and months later, I still have nothing to show for it. There has been no tracking movement, no real updates, just endless excuses and copy-paste responses. Meanwhile, they are happily holding onto my money.

This company is a scam… my order has not been received and they do not respond to any emails- I’ve sent 3 now to ask where is my order is!!!! I also reported to ACCC and Afterpay will not help or be liable even though they approved to be an option to pay on a fraudulent website!!!! Scam company Ordered a dress end of September Still have received it have emailed heaps of times they have said it is in transit.

Do not buy from this company. I have been waiting over a month for my purchase to even be dispatched. All I receive is apology emails and I cannot get a refund. Highly suggest not proceeding with this company.

Amaya Muse are a scam company. They says ships in 3-5 business days and the shipping is from Australia when it is actually from China. I have sent multiple emails and they keep on saying that it is the postal company. Don’t buy anything from them they are a scam and don’t refund your money

Do not buy from this company, It is in china, not Australia. they say 1-6 days delivery, send u a tracking number and it never moves. I’m 4 weeks in and haven’t received my item, and the people just tell u there has been a delay.

such poor quality. The dresses were so short, the quality of the fabric felt extremely cheap, and one of the dresses smelt weird (???). Don’t buy from here, it’s a scam. Wish I saved the $300 I spent and purchased somewhere else!

Scam. They will never post your items, instead they will give you false tracking numbers from china and vague email responses of “I’m so sorry” “we are escalating it” I ordered something on the 6th September and it never arrived. They delete comments on their Instagram page of people calling out that they are a scam. Do not buy anything from this website.

I bought a dress on 14th September, got given a tracking number etc and the FAQs of shipping say 6 business days on their website to Australia… needless to say I’m going back in forth in emails and the tracking has not been moved at all and apparently they don’t ’provide refunds’. want my money back. I still haven’t been advised the dress has even begun dispatch, she has only said she is ‘escalating it’ yet due to them having a sale they cannot provide a time frame of when that will even be dispatched. I even purchased ‘worry free insurance’ and this is not a worry free purchase at all.

UPDATE!! They blocked me on instagram when I sent them a message asking where my order is and commenting on their pics where is my order? They delete all comments!!

Do not buy from this is a scam website Is not in Australia I bought a dress they say it delivers in 6 days and I got a tracking number from China which one month later it never got delivered such as scam they also copy the photos from other legit websites.
