Amayama offer a great online website to search & find parts for your vehicle delivery can take a few weeks but worth the wait particularly for an older model car

I purchased a hard to source item for an older vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to be able to order for a reasonable price. Great service with updates on delivery.

Excellent customer service. Accidentally ordered 2 of the same car part. They had them both ordered into the warehouse by the time I had realised. They were still happy to still refund one of the items. Shipping takes a while but it's expected and the great prices offsets the shipping time. Show details

Best service ever! The promised delivery time of 1 month was outrun by 2 weeks. All delivery information was clearly available on the website, goods arrived in perfect order as advertised. Used these guys before, unbeatable prices and reliability!

I've used this company many times over the years and have always been satisfied with the service provided. The parts are at a price point that even if it takes longer than expected, it's worth the wait. Product good, delivery absolute joke ordered with plenty of time for booking at mechanic, had to cancel mechanic that was a 4 week wait, asked for express post for the inconvenience caused took a week to travel 100km on express, 3 other orders past delivery date, lucky to get 1 response to my 2 or 3 inquiries a day, cant wait till final order arrives, will stay with local from now on

I ordered some parts. the despatch lead time was a month. Then I received and email saying they were not available. The despatch lead time is too long. I dont trust or recommend this company

I would say that this company is the worst online company that I have ever used. They are super slow and disorganised. sent my parts to someone else then they had to get them sent back and then sent to me. So I am looking at 6 months from placement of order and I have done ALL the chasing up; they have done nothing. Absolutely hopeless.

saying it's not small and it's definitely missing, it's roughly 20x30mm and made of rubber and metal so pretty hard to not see it. It's been 11 days waiting for them to locate it, somehow they've lost it in their warehouse and couldn't care less.

Took over 4 months for parts to arrive after getting in touch at the 2 months mark. Arrived 3 months late. then realise one of the main parts sent was wrong. They mixed up a couple of digits on the part number. Requested a refund and got no response. approved my request. Sadly not many other options that don’t charge large postage. Although, having parts shipped direct to you would be better than waiting for the Sydney staff to get things organised.

To clarify- parts arrived at their Sydney warehouse within the timeframe but they took MONTHS to ship it to me.

I feel they are under new management as I never had this problem using them in years prior.

Terrible experience.

Edit: since posting my review and a few other 1 star reviews a flurry of 5 star reviews have miraculously been added. It was 2/5 stars when I posted this review. THEY’RE FAKE. They’re accounts with one review setup by the staff at Amayama Australia. They should be ashamed of themselves. Product Review should remove them.

Rikako provides miserable service. Delays are unending. Single word non-answers, cant answer when estimated shipping dates. Cant select shipping method. Any adjustment to order takes days or weeks to approve because the employees are unaccountable.

This is a joke to be a online shop. They have genuine parts and good price but the experience there is no words to express how bad it is. Very disorganized and it takes 2-3 weeks to approve the purchase however it can be cancelled due to price change. The price change can be $0.01 or few dollars your order will stuck. what to do and its not straight forward and simple process - WHY ?? Japanese are stupid with this kind of things and there is no business customers service to make simple and fast the order.

It has been 2 months that im trying to buy brake caliper pins to hold the brake pads. My order was cancelled once and it took 1 month to get the refund however i had ordered again with a new price and still over a month without a track number and updates.

How this company still in business ? i gave up and won't buy it again.
