I'm not only impressed, but I'm so pleased with my new jack. I must say that I found their website a bit difficult to navigate. You should persist with it as it worked out for me.
I bought factory parts, a maf sensor for my vehicle and after putting in my order, it was delivered in a very timely fashion and fit my car perfect. This company is great and delivers great service. Follow-up · Parts availability is entirely dependent on the supplier and the specific part itself. Common parts are readily available but for some specific parts they have to wait to get it from the supplier. Purchased Subaru parts as well Haven’t had to return anything yet as I double check everything before placing an order.

The timing of delivery was great. PArts arrived in good condition. Would have given 5 stars, let down by the delivery by Aramax, not so good. 3 Days to leave Sydney, and still no clue as to where the parcel was according to tracing. Finally ended up on the letterbox on a Sunday.
Product good, delivery absolute joke ordered with plenty of time for booking at mechanic, had to cancel mechanic that was a 4 week wait, asked for express post for the inconvenience caused took a week to travel 100km on express, 3 other orders past delivery date, lucky to get 1 response to my 2 or 3 inquiries a day, cant wait till final order arrives, will stay with local from now on
I ordered some parts. the despatch lead time was a month. Then I received and email saying they were not available. The despatch lead time is too long. I dont trust or recommend this company

Takes a little time to get parts in to Australia, but that is the nature of international shipping I guess. Shipping costs are very reasonable and it's also very easy to find/purchase genuine parts for a good price most of the time. Overall, good experience.

I have only bought from them once but it has been a great experience. Great prices for genuine parts and reasonable shipping cost/time from Japan to Australia. I received the ordered part almost three weeks before an estimated date shown to me when I ordered it. Definitely will be back if I need more genuine parts.

So grateful for a parts supplier that will supply the oddball components on older vehicles. Especially helpful having the line drawings of the assemblies which makes it much more user friendly, especially when cross referenced when selecting items in the text list.

Follow-up · Follow up to my original post I am still very happy with Amayama in every way. I recently bought a TD42T thermostat for my TD27T engine and works great as I expected with 7 degrees lower opening point, whilst towing the temp only goes to half on my gauge when before sat above enough to watch it all the time even though wasnt overheating. Quality parts can be interchanged.
