Cara at wingfield was wonderful in helping us design our kitchen and laundry, my cabinetry is beautiful. Their service and delivery was first rate. Everything went well but the mirostone benchtops are not good, its already showing signs of scratching. I dont recomend that product, try stone or laminate
Quotation done by Cara in the Wingfield office. Absolutely BRILLIANT. Will definitely be going ahead with kitchen which was an incredible price for top quality. Cara was so very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted. 10/10. Don't go anywhere else!!
Kitchen great, beware the mirostone benchtops – The kitchen itself is great. Highly recommend the cupboards and installers. The mirostone benchtop however is terrible, I've only had it 6mths and already considering options to have it replaced. didnt get one singled scratch in over 2 years, this mirostone benchtop is already scratched so much in just 6mths.Do yourself a favour and look at other products
Quick terrific kitchen – We required a new kitchen in a hurry and Amorini did not disappoint. Riki was quick to design a kitchen and then made some simple modifications that fitted perfectly to our available space. Within a fortnight the kitchen was available for pick up and installed shortly after. The entire process was smooth and cost effective. Would highly recommend Amorini Factory Outlet.
You get what you pay for – Would definitely not recommend Amorini Kitchen cabinets. They are very cheap but you get what you pay for. We purchased three kitchens from Amorini outlet, two for our investment properties and a new kitchen in our own home. was told they don't sell that size drawer any more so it cannot be replaced or fixed. You have to realise when purchasing from an Amorini outlet if the drawers/cupboards chip or crack (which they will because they are cheap and nasty) that you probably won't be able to get a replacement as they no longer stock it. The other two kitchens in our rental properties are all chipped and we put it down to the tenants being rough and not careful but after having our kitchen installed in our own home (no kids live here and only two elderly adults who have been extremely careful when handling our drawers/cupboards) we have chips and as I mentioned above a large crack appeared in a drawer for absolutely no known reason. Would never purchase a kitchen from them again. I would rather pay a lot more and get a good quality kitchen that will last over time.
Great experience all round – We had a fantastic experience with Amorini. From the design process, planning and organising delivery they were super helpful and the cost was great. Even when we stuffed up a few measurements etc they were really proactive at helping us find a solution. Show reply

Third Time = Unlucky! – My husband and I have been long term customers of Amorini Factory Outlet. We are regulars to the real-estate market and have turned over several properties in the last five years. Good customer service with [Name Removed] Property 2 – Glenelg North, purchased Linea Gloss Kitchen with shark fin grab profile. We noticed the two-pack paint finish looked a little swirly on some of the cupboard doors but it was minor, all pot drawers were perfect, stayed 3 years living at this property no problems. [Name Removed] was harder to deal with in terms of design this time and customer service was not great, but we got it all happening in the end and pushed through because of the price. The kitchen was easy to install again and the end result with our marble benchtops, waterfall ends, and splashbacks from Adelaide Marble was lovely. Property 3 – Hove, purchased the Linea Gloss White Kitchen again with shark fin grab profile. We went back to Amorini again for this kitchen due to our familiarity with the product, the price and the way our kitchen turned out at our last property, so we decided to copy the style. This time we went for a much larger kitchen with extra large pantry doors above pot drawers etc. When we were planning and ordering this kitchen we mentioned that we thought the second kitchen was not as good quality as the first one, and that there as some swirl marks and imperfections in the finish on some of the cupboard doors. [Name Removed] told us that if this happens again, we should not put up with it and to come back and they will get us a replacement. As we were renovating the whole house, we left the protective plastic film on the kitchen for extra protection until we had finished. Upon taking the plastic off we noticed small bubbles (see image) to one of the large doors. Also noticed hairline cracks in top of the grab profile. As time has gone on, the kitchen has worn poorly, with lots of little chips appearing in the tops of all the pot drawers where the paint is almost wearing thin. One of our tilers had also put a chip in one of the doors when he came back to do some re-work, so we got in touch with Amorini in relation to the drawers and door to see if we could buy some replacements. [Name Removed] was incredibly rude, dismissing our issues and concerns, saying that we must have been rough with our kitchen as Amorini had no problems whatsoever with this product, and that Rkiki in fact I had it in her own home. She then said “There is nothing we can do for you, get a painter to fix it we no longer sell this product” was the response Have we been rough on our kitchen…? No! As you can see from the photos we love our kitchens, and take great pride…

We are very disappointed. Wish we’d never used it. Mirostone scratches, chips and marks really badly – Within a week of the installation our kitchen bench showed really bad scratches and chips on the edges - with low and careful usage and cleaning. If we had known how easily and badly Mirostone scratches, chips and marks, we would never had used this product in our kitchen. We are a couple in our late 60’s with no children or grandchildren and look… Read more
after our home carefully. Our old bench was laminate and after 15 years of use looked almost new. A couple of weeks after installation, I submitted a complaint online to Mirostone and received no response at all. We contacted our installer and he arranged for a representative of the distributor to visit and assess - that was more than a month ago and he has not been in further contact. We would never recommend Mirostone and will tell any and everyone about our experience.

Faulty hinge – On January 23, I visited Amorini at Camden Park with a bathroom door that seemed to have faulty hinges. Each of the three staff were very friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with the fact that not only did they replace the hinges, they also fitted them in the door.
Amorini Factory Outlet South Australia: rude and lack of professionalism by a female employee – Friday 18-Oct-2019, about 30 minutes before closing time, my partner and I visited Amorini Factory Outlet in South Australia. A female staff in "Sales Designer/Accounts" (referred to as "she" or "her" hereafter) came to serve us. After we asked 2 specific questions (on UV painted doors and on options in width of cabinet drawers), she suddenly told us that "customers who ask a lot of questions always end up being troublesome". My partner asked her: "Do you want us to walk?". She replied "Yes. You came on a wrong day and at the wrong time". We were shocked by such display of rudeness and lack of professionalism. The information that we were seeking (eg choices on cabinets and their dimensions), although readily available on other vendors' websites, is very lacking on Amorini website. Such information we were seeking was vendor-specific and was crucial to our decision on our kitchen design. I am certain that we were polite for the entire time we were at Amorini. Her rude behaviour was unexpected and uncalled for. If she did not want to be interrupted during Friday drinkies, all she needed to do is to hang a closed sign at the front door and lock the door, or alternatively politely ask us to return on a different day. The entire episode lasted about 10 minutes. My partner and I left Amorini Factory Outlet SA. We have decided we will take our business elsewhere.

Kitchen windows and it is quite noticeable with the Kick board. The bench top widths do not match and the drawers cannot be fully opened as they hit the upright stove. The shelves in the wall cabinets were not supplied and were not drilled to take supports. I asked the installer to do this but he did not. Liked the product, but not the installer. (Bad News)

Both times Amorini's quotes have saved us $100's vs Bunnings and Ikea flat packs. Amorini carcasses are pre-built which is a bonus as it removes the time and effort associated in putting together a flat pack. For our second property we used Mirostone (Amorini's solid stone bench tops). I highly recommend these - the slabs are a fraction of the price of Caesarstone and marbles and come in some gorgeous colours. I deal with Riki and who is a fantastic asset to this company and a lovely friendly face :)
Fast and Fantastic Finish – We have used Amorini twice. Once for the rental and once for family home. Both times we were extremely happy with the service, price and finish. Really easy to deal with, turn around time was terrific at 10 days. Totally recommend them.

I would highly recommend Amorini, and as my daughter has just purchased a house, when she is ready to do her kitchen, she will certainly be going to Amorini!! Excellent value – Walked into the factory outlet at Clayton one weekend. Friendly staff puts the design together and whole thing delivered 10 days later. Extremely competitive pricing. 2pac doors and Duropal laminate top on this occasion - looks fantastic. Slow close drawers also included. Used the removalist (for delivery) and installer recommended by Amorini - also very happy with their services.
