Dishonest mechanic – One word- DISHONEST. This mechanic charged me over $2000 to service our work van and despite paying him all that money there were still numerous faults with the van. this other rubbish and eventually he told me he is not able to get parts for a 2018 model fiat van because according to this idiot they don’t make basic parts for this car and we should scrap the van which is only a few years old and has low kms.

Finally took it to another mechanic and was informed that Andre automotive hadn’t carried any of the works we have been charged for. They hadn’t even changed the spark plugs or for the matter Carrie our any of the other works they charged me an obscene amount of money.

The new mechanic actually carried out all the works and serviced the van and guess what, the van runs perfect

This thief literally didn’t carry out any of the work. Now we have to try and recoup our money by wasting more time taking this idiot to small claims court Stay away from this mechanic

community ! I think they used wrong oil or second hand engine oil. have to replace after they service my car due to engine noise. not even a month the oil is already black unbelievable.

Windscreen for hilux – We came here for a rego check of our Toyota HILUX It failed due to cracked windscree. I got quoted by other mechanic for $1,500 but Andre fixed it for only halfprice. Couldn't be happier enough. Will definitely come back.

Terrible – I went there a couple of weeks ago to get my air conditioning regassed then after that he told me that it needs a service then charged me $1400 for it after he did it and now I’m having problems with a car my radiator had blown up my starter motor is gone and now my engine has blown up i have been ripped off and I thought it was a good place till this happened now I have to look for a new car and also down $1400 great job

Cheating service – He is a cheater. I took my toyota yaris to him. He said your car engine gone. To fix this, I need $3000 . He also offer me to buy my car for $750. Then I took my car to another mechanics.they found blockage in fuel pump and took $270 for 3 hour labours to find the issue. Andre cheated me out of my car, time and money.

They were friendly and found a suitable time in my tight schedule. Great quality tyres, good quality work, great experience. World class and award winning customer service – Fastest turn around, most tidy and organize mechanical shop i have ever seen. Amazing unique customer handling. Have sat there for about couple of hours, I have seen customers in and outs of the shop not one of them was disappointed. Highly recommended.

They con you for positive reviews before service – Had been here before for a quick check up that last 30 seconds & already demanded $60 (Andres staff) And on another time bugged me for a positive review before service my car. Be aware of upsales on random items too. Be aware
