to debt collectors who have demanded payment within 7 days. I am now in worse financial hardship due to Angle Auto finance. Hope KARMA gets back to the person who made that decision. Grieving my loving husband gets worse everyday with dealing with scavengers.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Cant even change the account number (not the account name or BSB by the way... Ridiculously slow response for a simple document it has been two weeks with multiple online requests and email, I still don't have my finance statement. from them at all for two weeks. i am still waiting. I have submitted a complaint to them internally, and had no choice but to submit one to AFCA. I need the updated statement to process my re-finance. you should be aware that it will take more than 2 weeks to even get a simple document like a statement. I dont know how long it is gonna take. There is nothing else i can do, and i have been emailing them.

I took out a loan in February 2024 and it was easy to set up, all digital experience, very clearly articulated fees and charges, since then they have created a customer portal where I can check my progress which is handy as I would like to pay it out early when I get to a balance that I have enough savings to cover. Show reply

This long, for a straight forward process. The only reason why we are still unable to get the final approval for the next purchase. Waiting for a letter. Please, spare yourself stress in dealing with this company, avoid! Check your dealers when getting a car loan and immediately avoid if they put you under Angle Auto Finance.

attempted to reduce repayments, extend loan term, and slightly reduce interest rates. They still will earn more interest but it helps us with our budget having more medical expenses. Our Finance advisor has informed us they will still make more interest than the original contract if they make a variation. Absolute disgrace and looking forward to AFCA investigating them. They did not even bother to explore our financial situation under Section 72 of the National Credit Code prior to offering the one size fits all offer. Good luck getting someone from within Australia to call you. Absolutely steer clear of any car dealerships pushing this company as you would be be better going with one of the major banks. Angle Auto Finance don’t bother replying as you are not an ethical company and I prefer the independent authorities to investigate now.

Would advise people to STAY CLEAR of this company. Their communication especially with complaints leave alot to be desired, and they absolutely DO NOT like admitting when they are in the wrong and are quick to shift the blame.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WISH I HAD. The charges for paying off the loan are horrendous and there is no benefit in doing so. They disregarded my review as not being a customer yet I have spoken to them and have all my letter headed paperwork. I refer you to their reviews from other customers before you go ahead with business with this company.

Be careful using these financiers as they have the most extreme early payout penalties and break costs I have experienced amongst any lender I have ever used. Buyer beware as I didn’t read the fine print or have this pointed out by the lender, presumed they were in line with most other lenders but far from it.

Two years ago, I settled Angle Auto Finance then they opened up closed the account and they took five direct debit even though I didn’t have a vehicle with them. years earlier and when I called them they played as a computer did that to everyone who had a loan with angle auto finance. Please check your accounts and make sure these thieves do not access your account.

Been disappointed from day one. I paid recently some extra towards my next payment. Called multiple times asking where the money has gone, put in a complaint after never getting an answer. assistance, since getting my car from day one caused me so much worry. The deposit I paid for the car also seems to be non existant on my contract. I have asked about this about a week into going with them and I did not get answer then either. As for their responsible lending this is another issue I've been constantly thinking about. All my other loans through reputable banks have been no issue.

Be wary in dealing with this company, made all payments on time, paid final payment early, waited 10 days, went to trade-in vehicle to be told by the dealer that there was a charge over my vehicle. HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Charged thousands of dollars exit fees at a high interest rate. So many other finance companies other than this company. Minus 10 star!! As you can read from the reviews that others have been robbed also. White collar criminals. Poor customer service, not transparent and lied to.

Absolute theives! They are highly uncompetitive and gouge their customers with exorbitant fees. I went to pay out my loan and was charged $1256. This was their ridiculous early termination fee, break cost fee (the same thing, just double dipping) and $100 for emailing me a letter with their outrageous fees.
