Been disappointed from day one. I paid recently some extra towards my next payment. Called multiple times asking where the money has gone, put in a complaint after never getting an answer. assistance, since getting my car from day one caused me so much worry. The deposit I paid for the car also seems to be non existant on my contract. I have asked about this about a week into going with them and I did not get answer then either. As for their responsible lending this is another issue I've been constantly thinking about. All my other loans through reputable banks have been no issue.

Be wary in dealing with this company, made all payments on time, paid final payment early, waited 10 days, went to trade-in vehicle to be told by the dealer that there was a charge over my vehicle. HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Charged thousands of dollars exit fees at a high interest rate. So many other finance companies other than this company. Minus 10 star!! As you can read from the reviews that others have been robbed also. White collar criminals. Poor customer service, not transparent and lied to.

I took out a loan in February 2024 and it was easy to set up, all digital experience, very clearly articulated fees and charges, since then they have created a customer portal where I can check my progress which is handy as I would like to pay it out early when I get to a balance that I have enough savings to cover. Show details ·  1

Absolute theives! They are highly uncompetitive and gouge their customers with exorbitant fees. I went to pay out my loan and was charged $1256. This was their ridiculous early termination fee, break cost fee (the same thing, just double dipping) and $100 for emailing me a letter with their outrageous fees. Avoid these reprehensible loan sharks like the plague. Show details

The other negative reviews are legit. Exorbitant break costs and early termination fees. The loan set up costs are also a rip off - nearly $1,100 which is added to your principal and the interest is calculated on top of it :( If you want something flexible and transparent, stay away. Show details

Unprofessional conduct. When applying the broker acting for them send me text with forms to fill out. they wanted my bank id and password, without giving these details application could not be lodged. I refused and in the end the broker accepted bank statements from me without getting bank log in. But he advised me this way would most likely not… Read more

0 stars! too much hidden fee and less communication you don't know what you paid and how much left. You paid it off earlier still have to pay interests until 5 years contract finishes, they don't tell you how much interests left, otherwise huge termination fee which they did not told you at beginning. They mislead you and trick you, this company is a scam set up, avoid!

Found your interest rate a bit high considering the car i traded had a cheaper interest rate of 11%,the car i just finished paying off 3 months before time had 10% and plus i have an excellent credit history to me is a bit too high with someone with an excellent credit score. I was offered lower through my other financier No contract supplied,wasnt told interest rate till day of signing which was too late already been approved. Show details
